Garage door spring and opener broke over a weekend and had a technician out on Sunday evening. Did and excellent job repairing and replacing many parts. When my garage door failed I contacted Precision because of past good service with them. Beginning with scheduling it was in a time span that was good for me. The technician called and asked if he could come a little earlier, which was good fo me as well. He assesed the issue, including a motorcycle sitting under the rail from the motor to the door. He gave me a estimate on what it was going to cost to repair the door opener. He worked so no damage would be done to ithe motorcycle and proceded to work on getting the door open so the motorcycle could be moved out of the garage. He then did what was needed to fix the problem. He was polite, informed and effeciant in what he was doing. It is a pleasure to do business with someone like him. If I need service in the future I will contact Precision again and yes also reccomend them to my friends and others.

Technician Lonnie Miller showed up right on time and performed annual garage door and opener maintenance. There weren't any issues and he was out the door in about 30 minutes. Lonnie was very friendly and seemed to know exactly what he was doing.
