Garage door was loud when it opened/closed. Called Precision since they were near to where I lived. Made an appointment, office called a few days later and said technician could be there a day earlier than scheduled. Technician (Lonny) showed up early, explained everything he needed to do, showed me the problem and promptly fixed it. Recommended I replace the rollers with upgraded ones to what were originally installed. Price was very reasonable. Happy with the quality of service. Would highly recommend Precision for garage door service/repair.

Garage door spring and opener broke over a weekend and had a technician out on Sunday evening. Did and excellent job repairing and replacing many parts.
