We had excellent service with precision! It was easy to set up a time promptly and the service man, Shane was so polite, knowledgeable and explained everything. The replacement of our garage door opener was done quickly and the old equipment was removed. Shane even reset our cars (2) openers on our rearview mirror buttons, replaced-reset our outside keypad and explained the new features on our new garage door opener Thank you!

I have used your company in the past and was satisfied with the service so when my torsion spring broke you was my first choice. I was more than happy with the quick response and the professionalism of your technician. He inspected my garage door and explained what was needed to fix the problem. He also suggested other areas that needed attention and explained why. He put together options that went from replacing the broke spring to a complete overhaul with pricing. Jeff was down-to-earth, professional, safe, and practical. He worked with me to remove the old garage door opener, let me remove an old, broken fluorescent light while he was setting up, explained everything he was doing, and did an excellent job installing the door, ensuring it worked properly, ensuring I could set up the app and wifi controls (and physical buttons), and walking me through all the pricing and warranty. Together we tag-teamed how to handle the power supply (as there was no existing outlet to power the opener from; instead there was a sketchy cut--and live--wire from previous homeowners).
