When my garage door failed I contacted Precision because of past good service with them. Beginning with scheduling it was in a time span that was good for me. The technician called and asked if he could come a little earlier, which was good fo me as well. He assesed the issue, including a motorcycle sitting under the rail from the motor to the door. He gave me a estimate on what it was going to cost to repair the door opener. He worked so no damage would be done to ithe motorcycle and proceded to work on getting the door open so the motorcycle could be moved out of the garage. He then did what was needed to fix the problem. He was polite, informed and effeciant in what he was doing. It is a pleasure to do business with someone like him. If I need service in the future I will contact Precision again and yes also reccomend them to my friends and others.

I was very pleased to call the office this morning and within an hour, a Technician was here. Lonny Miller had done a Spring Conversion for me last year. Three years ago I had a new LiftMaster installed. It has been working great. I was having problems with the inside Wall Controller that opens and closes the Garage Door from inside the Garage. Lonny diagnosed it within 5 minutes and made the repair. It's working great now. I proudly recommend Precision to all my friends. They are a high quality company. Brian did a great job analyzing and repairing a non working garage door opener. He checked out all possibilities of what caused our problem and found the solution. In addition he replaced all of our rollers with new nylon rollers, replaced our springs, cables, bearings, etc. The garage door can now be opened easily, and runs smoother and quieter than I can ever remember. In addition he gave a cr2302 garage door opener battery to one of my neighbors who was having issues with their garage door opener at no charge. Rob, our technician, did a thorough assessment of the issues with our garage door. After walking through the possible repair options it appeared a replacement was the best solution. Rob had the parts on his truck and did a very professional installation. He cleaned up after the job and then explained everything we needed to know regarding the operation of the opener and remotes. Excellent work, professional and comprehensive communication, all at what we consider a fair price. Bonus: Rob showed up early for the job and finished ahead of his original estimate.
