I was very pleased to call the office this morning and within an hour, a Technician was here. Lonny Miller had done a Spring Conversion for me last year. Three years ago I had a new LiftMaster installed. It has been working great. I was having problems with the inside Wall Controller that opens and closes the Garage Door from inside the Garage. Lonny diagnosed it within 5 minutes and made the repair. It's working great now. I proudly recommend Precision to all my friends. They are a high quality company. The Staff is friendly and responsive. Thank you Precision.

Brian did a great job analyzing and repairing a non working garage door opener. He checked out all possibilities of what caused our problem and found the solution. In addition he replaced all of our rollers with new nylon rollers, replaced our springs, cables, bearings, etc. The garage door can now be opened easily, and runs smoother and quieter than I can ever remember. In addition he gave a cr2302 garage door opener battery to one of my neighbors who was having issues with their garage door opener at no charge. Rob, our technician, did a thorough assessment of the issues with our garage door. After walking through the possible repair options it appeared a replacement was the best solution. Rob had the parts on his truck and did a very professional installation. He cleaned up after the job and then explained everything we needed to know regarding the operation of the opener and remotes. Excellent work, professional and comprehensive communication, all at what we consider a fair price. Bonus: Rob showed up early for the job and finished ahead of his original estimate.

Mickey found the issue immediately with the door opener belt and corrected it at no charge. There have been someone to answer a phone call and make appointments into the evening (e.g., after 8 PM) so that is appreciated. Mickey was not only prompt he also showed up earlier on a Saturday after calling to let me know.

Installed a brand new door in 2011, and when I moved in 2017, called them again for another new door. They also came out once a year to service and adjust the doors. After purchasing my retirement small home this month, had them come out again. Excellent service, great customer service, professional installers, great work. I wouldn't trust anyone else with a garage door.

Precision did a great job as original installers in 2012. So I didn't hesitate to call them when the door was still noisy after lubricating hinges and tracks. Brenden was great! He called ahead to let me know when he expected to arrive, got here when he said, quickly evaluated what needed fixing, and answered all my questions well. Turns out I needed new rollers due to worn out bearings- not bad for 9 yrs of frequent use! I also chose to replace the bottom seal as the old one had shrunken away from one edge letting driven rain in. The new one is an upgrade! Brenden proved he takes pride in doing a great job, and my garage door feels ready for hurricane season! I appreciate Precision's professionalism.

i really thought I was in deep trouble. It was late friday afternoon and my garage door opener was not only broken, the cable had slipt and the door was stuck in a half open/closed position. After calling your service i was told someone could come out betwwen 7 to 9 and they arrived at 8 apologizing for being late. they not only fixed the mess but installed another device. Next morning All was working normally. I did not believe that all would be solved by one call. The price was fair and the serviceman was professional. I would call again if another problem arises. I wish all my issues were solved this easily.
