The initial service call was good and the door was serviced. The door was not checked to determine if it was operational before leaving. The safety line was not pulled to catch the door when the button was pushed to close. The serviceman had to come back to make adjustments to have the door operable.

Probably the best service and customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. Requested repair for a stuck garage door on Precision’s website late in the evening (after 8pm) and within 2 minutes received a phone call back from them to schedule a next-day appt. All they had was 6pm which meant an extra charge but I was fine with that. The next morning however, they called and let me know they could have someone there between 9-11am thus not having to charge extra. Technician showed up promptly at 9. Very professional and courteous, in uniform and masked for COVID. He quickly diagnosed the issue of a broken spring, fixed only what was needed and didn’t try to up-sell me. He gave me the estimate up front and said he would take about an hour. Less than 55 minutes later the job was complete, no additional costs and easy on-site payment with a credit card was available. Garage worksite was left clean and door was functioning better than ever. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of the entire repair, start to finish, and professionalism of the company. I highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service!

Wow was a little reluctant since their pric was a little higher but don’t let that scare you. The springs come with a 3 year warranty the others in Brevard they can’t decide. One or two . Do not use quality door worset service I ever had Percision knew what I needed and knew which springs I needed for my door installed new springs and even the tenant commented the door was so quiet now they love the Professinal service from Mick. And yea it may have cost 20 or 30 more but the warranty and service you get is well worth

Excellent Service. I called expecting to be given an appointment for another day instead I was given an appointment for an hour later. Bryan called when he was 20 minutes away and arrived dead on time. His knowledge and expertise was impressive. A-1 service and workmanship. Jeffery Shaw came to our home to fix our garage door. He assessed the situation and gave us 2 estimates. We choose taking care of the main spring. I had seen the Precision trucks driving around Palm Bay so when my door spring broke Precision was the first name that came to mind. I checked the website and just knew that I was going to make the correct choice. I was really surprised when I called and found out the repair was same day! The Tech, David, was on schedule, examined the door and within minutes discussed the needed repairs and the final cost. He was very friendly and professional. The repair was completed in his estimated time and the door operation has never been as quiet and smooth. We are considering a new door in the future and Precision will be the installer. A really good experience.

We had our counterbalance spring break at 9pm. i called at 945pm not expecting anyone to answer but they did! Scheduled appt for next morning between 11-12. Tech Bryan called me at 845am to ask if he could come early- YEAH!!! Arrived in 15 minutes and done with repair in 1 hour. Awesome serviced and repair! Would recommend them to all my neighbors!!!
