Garage door spring and opener broke over a weekend and had a technician out on Sunday evening. Did and excellent job repairing and replacing many parts. When my garage door failed I contacted Precision because of past good service with them. Beginning with scheduling it was in a time span that was good for me. The technician called and asked if he could come a little earlier, which was good fo me as well. He assesed the issue, including a motorcycle sitting under the rail from the motor to the door. He gave me a estimate on what it was going to cost to repair the door opener. He worked so no damage would be done to ithe motorcycle and proceded to work on getting the door open so the motorcycle could be moved out of the garage. He then did what was needed to fix the problem. He was polite, informed and effeciant in what he was doing. It is a pleasure to do business with someone like him. If I need service in the future I will contact Precision again and yes also reccomend them to my friends and others.

I was very pleased to call the office this morning and within an hour, a Technician was here. Lonny Miller had done a Spring Conversion for me last year. Three years ago I had a new LiftMaster installed. It has been working great. I was having problems with the inside Wall Controller that opens and closes the Garage Door from inside the Garage. Lonny diagnosed it within 5 minutes and made the repair. It's working great now. I proudly recommend Precision to all my friends. They are a high quality company.
