We had our counterbalance spring break at 9pm. i called at 945pm not expecting anyone to answer but they did! Scheduled appt for next morning between 11-12. Tech Bryan called me at 845am to ask if he could come early- YEAH!!! Arrived in 15 minutes and done with repair in 1 hour. Awesome serviced and repair! Would recommend them to all my neighbors!!!

Just want your people to know that Bryan Hewiston has to be one of your best employees as far as we are concerned and give him a 100+ on his work replacing the gasket at the bottom of our garage door. It gave him a bit of concern at the beginning but he is a smart fellow and figured it out and did a great job and cleaned the outside area so well it looks like new. He has my recommendation on any job in the future and gave us so much info to follow up on in the future and answered all my question with ease. Your Tech Rob came as scheduled. Assesed our door and told us that it could not be fixed. We needed a new door. Gave us all the information and also an estimate. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything to us. Told us the the estimate was good for 90 days and if we ordered the door we would have to put a deposit down. I told him that we needed to talk it over and that we would call the office if we decide to get the new door. We did call the office and put a down payment on a new garage door. We were emailed an invoice and another document to sign and return by postal mail. I did sign the document and immediately returned the papers by postal mail. We will now wait for delivery and installation of our new garage door.

Bryan did an excellent job. I call because I needed a new Keypad. Bryan inspected the door and showed me that one of the cables would probably fail in the near future. The bottom seal retainer was also failing and I asked if he could do the replacement. He replaced the cables and brackets, the keypad and the bottom seal and lubricated the door. I was impressed with him and the service preformed.

Robert Stephenson is excellent technician. He explained what he was going to check in his evaluation and when he was through he told me what the problems were and showed me also. I felt good because being a women a lot of the time people to take to explain things and Robert did take the time. I knew the cost of everything before we did it. I had seen the Precision trucks driving around Palm Bay so when my door spring broke Precision was the first name that came to mind. I checked the website and just knew that I was going to make the correct choice. I was really surprised when I called and found out the repair was same day! The Tech, David, was on schedule, examined the door and within minutes discussed the needed repairs and the final cost. He was very friendly and professional. The repair was completed in his estimated time and the door operation has never been as quiet and smooth. We are considering a new door in the future and Precision will be the installer. A really good experience.
