I have had Precision Garage Service service my garage door several times and have always been pleased with their work. I just had them install a new opener and I am very pleased with the unit and the technician that installed it. The technician was very thorough and explained the costs of either fixing or replacing my old opener. I chose to replace it with a more robust commercial unit to replace my old unit that was undersized for my garage door.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It was of course a weekend when the spring failed. I knew this day was coming. A lot of noise coming from door opening and closing. I had saved a Vero magazine with an ad from Precision. I gave them a call. Explained my situation and if there was a chance of service. I was happy to hear that a tech would be able to see me this afternoon. I was even able to get an estimate over the phone. Didn't want any sticker shock. The technician, Shane called when he was on his way and with an ETA. Here's the good part. At NO TIME did he try to sell me anything. He pointed out areas to watch considering the age of the unit. Outstanding professionalism! Shane, the technician, who serviced my hurricane rated garage door was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. I was given a 2 hour window of time when to expect a technician to arrive and was provided a courtesy call early with a prompt arrival time. Shane performed a yearly tune-up on my garage door and was very attentive to my concerns and addressed all of them promptly. In doing so, he explained what he was able to do in order to address those concerns and made corrections to any misalignments and performed all necessary adjustments. Including balancing and lubricating the door to reduce drag resistance when opening and closing the door to protect and extend the life of the door opener. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and their technician, "Shane" for any of your garage door maintenance and repairs needs and definitely installs! They installed mine!
