We've used them before for repairs so we knew they are professional and reliable. Shawn (sp?) showed up exactly on time and replaced both garage door openers, explained how to use them and what the warranty is. He removed our old material and left the garage in a neat and clean condition. While the price was higher than I expected (I did not ask for an estimate prior to making the appointment), I feel it was worth it based upon my previous experience with them as well as the quality of today's work.
