Mickey's Bio:
He was born in Fayetteville, NC, but raised in Alaska and Washington State. Gradually, he worked his way down South where he went to college in Atlanta, GA for computer networking and security. He has built every desktop PC that he has ever owned. He used to build and maintain servers, for Mercury Ocean LLC, in Myrtle Beach, SC as well. Mickey loves to read and do jigsaw puzzles, when he is not busy with a computer, and he also loves solving Sudoku puzzles. Dungeons and Dragons is by far his biggest hobby since he has been playing it for over 20 years. Mickey loves a good joke and doesn't mind making anyone laugh. He also loves to cook.

Our technician Mickey Arrived early. Very polite, He checked out unit and quickly found problem. He explained the problem too me. A short time later he had the old unit torn apart and started putting in the new unit. A short time later he was done. I had a garage door no longer closing and Precision answered the phone quickly and had a technician out, Mickey Carter, the next morning (earlier even than the window they gave me). Mickey was very professional and identified the problem of the wire that was loose immediately and secured it with staples and electrical tape. The service call fee was very fair and I am sooo grateful!

I called today 12/17/2021 to have my Lift Master jackshaft opener fixed. An appointment was made for today between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. The technician called a few minutes later and he arrived at 11:15 am. He determined that the cables were loose and had my garage door working in no time. Mickey was very pleasant and very thorough. Thanks for the excellent service.

We had some garage door issues. Noises, not level at the bottom and I called to get an appointment late Saturday. Not an emergency but they got a tech out first thing Monday morning. Mickey came out and he was THE BEST! Nice, Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable. He told me just what the problem was and if we had our paperwork from 2013. Indeed we did so the parts were free since we have a lifetime warranty. We are very satisfied with the service experience and will 100% call Precision if and when needed.

Mickey found the issue immediately with the door opener belt and corrected it at no charge. There have been someone to answer a phone call and make appointments into the evening (e.g., after 8 PM) so that is appreciated. Mickey was not only prompt he also showed up earlier on a Saturday after calling to let me know.
