Rob, our technician, did a thorough assessment of the issues with our garage door. After walking through the possible repair options it appeared a replacement was the best solution. Rob had the parts on his truck and did a very professional installation. He cleaned up after the job and then explained everything we needed to know regarding the operation of the opener and remotes. Excellent work, professional and comprehensive communication, all at what we consider a fair price. Bonus: Rob showed up early for the job and finished ahead of his original estimate.

Had PrecisionGarage door service at my house yesterday. Unfortunately I had a new garage door opener installed earlier this month by an unknown”repairman “. After a month the door stopped working. The initial service call was good and the door was serviced. The door was not checked to determine if it was operational before leaving. The safety line was not pulled to catch the door when the button was pushed to close. The serviceman had to come back to make adjustments to have the door operable.

I could not be happier with the company, team and service. First, making an appointment was smooth and they came out quickly. 2nd, Darian called in advance to let me know the time he would arrive AND he arrived exactly when he said he would. The team was clean, professional, courteous and friendly. Everything was explained to me and I was offered multiple options to fit my long term and budgetary requirements. Work was great, price was reasonable and they even cleaned up after themselves- I have had service providers leave their mess behind- but not these guys. So impressed and I will recommend to anyone.

I phoned the office just after 8 AM on 2/13/20 to request a service call (to install a new key pad). I was given an appointment for that very same day and the technician (David Brooks) arrived before 10 AM. He installed a new key pad and checked it for proper functioning, and also made sure that the garage door hardware and mechanisms were in good condition, lubricating everything as well. He worked quickly and efficiently, and answered my questions thoroughly. I have always received great service from Precision Door and appreciate the professionalism exhibited by its employees. After a glowing review a week ago, the day after the technicians arrived the door completely stopped working. We called and a different tech came to the house that same day. He told us completely different information and said it would be over $1100 to fix the door. We declined. We don't understand how after one day the motor was "shot", according to the tech. Very unhappy with this tech. He talked to my husband like he was a fool.
