Your company sent out a repairman on a Saturday night when my garage door opener looked like it might detach itself from the garage ceiling. My husband had just gotten home from the hospital and I had visions of being trapped in my house, unable to get out of my garage in an emergency. Jeff Dineen worked in the heat and was able to make a quick fix so that I was comfortable. We liked him so much, we waited to have the new opener installed on Wednesday, today, so that he could do it! He was very thorough and personable and I would highly recommend him and Precision Garage Doors!

We're a previous customer and know others who recommend Precision. In addition to replacing the broken springs, the service technician replaced bearings, aligned rollers and more. The door works again and is quieter and smoother than ever.

Current garage door was purchased from Precision in 2017, just wanted a tune up. Appointment was scheduled between 8-10 AM. Jeffrey arrived around 0930 to make assessments for necessary tasks. He was very professional, explained each finding and proceeded with his labor. I would recommend Precision without hesitation to friends and family. Would certainly call again for any issues.
