Wow, what a great experience. Our technician Rob was great. He kept us informed on when exactly he would be arriving, quickly diagnosed the problem (a broken part inside a wall mount opener), and got me in contact with the Genie product people for warranty work. Then, to my surprise, he contacted his manager, and they decided not charge me anything for the service call. I don't think it could get much better, and I highly recommend them.

Precision had installed my garage door back in 2015. My research, as well as talking to some of their customers at the time convinced me that this company was the best choice to do the best job at a reasonable cost; and I was not disappointed. I was happy with the one to three arrival time offered. At close to one o’clock, Rob arrived ready to work.
