I assume the door works properly as I was not home when work was completed. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. However, the company sucks you in with low quotes for service charge and spring cost (when replacing a broken spring), then adds on some bogus $20 “energy fee”, and also tells you that you get zero warranty unless you purchase the 3 bearings at $40 each. What I expected to be a $200 charge was $300. If they told you all this while on the phone when making an appointment, I wouldn’t mind. It’s pretty much bait and switch tactics. I will not use them next time as there are plenty of alternatives.

Precision was able to come out the next day after scheduling. The technician Rob came to our house. He explained what work was to be performed and gave us an estimate. The work was completed and the quality was excellent.

I have used Precision in the past and they were just as great the second time around. My spring broke on my garage door. We always use the garage door (never the front door), so that was a huge inconvenience! I called in the morning of a holiday weekend and our technician (Rob) came that afternoon! He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient! I would recommend this company to anyone in the area….5 Stars!!!!

Most recently we had the two bottom seals on the two garage doors replaced and had both doors overhauled which included replacement of the springs, cables, rollers, and lubrication of the moving parts, as swell as all inspections/adjustments. We have dealt with this company since 2005. This recent service, like the company’s past services were always done professionally, promptly, with much attention to detail, courteously, and neatly. We couldn’t ask for more and expect to continue using the same company for our future garage door needs.

My decision to call Precision Door was out of necessity, but also because of the online reviews I read. Your two techs were top-notch, ahead of schedule, efficient and friendly during the time they spent repairing and updating our garage door. My husband was most impressed because he spent his time with them as they worked. The quality of their work is outstanding. I came out into the garage after they left, only to discover that they not only replaced our motor, we had new remotes for each car, an outside door opener already paired with the door, a new push button switch on the wall, and an incredibly, almost silent, operating door. We can't say enough about how well our job was performed and the professionalism and proficiency of the two techs who performed the service. We will be recommending Precision to all our friends and neighbors. Thanks again for a job very well done. Let's not forget my choice was also based on my placing a call for service on Monday and your techs arriving on Wednesday. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Make the decision to call Precision!!

I first want to thank Precision for quick response to our needs. Tech was out same day we called. Rob was the tech who serviced our door. He was very professional and thorough explaining the initial problem and he also pointed out some other issues that would become an issue in the future. I want to stress that he left the decision completely up to us in regards to addressing other issues. When the work was complete he did a thorough test of the door making absolutely sure it was working properly. I arrived home from my job when he was almost complete with repair; and yet he took the time to explain everything he had done even though said info was already explained to my wife.
