I assume the door works properly as I was not home when work was completed. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. However, the company sucks you in with low quotes for service charge and spring cost (when replacing a broken spring), then adds on some bogus $20 “energy fee”, and also tells you that you get zero warranty unless you purchase the 3 bearings at $40 each. What I expected to be a $200 charge was $300. If they told you all this while on the phone when making an appointment, I wouldn’t mind. It’s pretty much bait and switch tactics. I will not use them next time as there are plenty of alternatives.

I have used Precision in the past and they were just as great the second time around. My spring broke on my garage door. We always use the garage door (never the front door), so that was a huge inconvenience! I called in the morning of a holiday weekend and our technician (Rob) came that afternoon! He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient! I would recommend this company to anyone in the area….5 Stars!!!!
