Rob did a great job, and explained the process needed to correct our issues. We needed a spring repair and also found our motor was bad, as it was very old. Purchased a new motor as well. I have a double and a single door, both are so quiet it is amazing. I did not buy this house new, the garage doors are insulated as the previous owner put an air conditioner in the garage.
