I thought it was time to have a door tuneup and called for an appointment, requesting Rob who did a major repair 5 years ago. First of all you had appointments available in a few days, with Rob. He showed up on time, calling from the road to alert me. He ended up doing a little more than a tuneup which he carefully detailed the reasons for. Great service and I can tell and hear how much better the door works now!

Rob, our technician, did a thorough assessment of the issues with our garage door. After walking through the possible repair options it appeared a replacement was the best solution. Rob had the parts on his truck and did a very professional installation. He cleaned up after the job and then explained everything we needed to know regarding the operation of the opener and remotes. Excellent work, professional and comprehensive communication, all at what we consider a fair price. Bonus: Rob showed up early for the job and finished ahead of his original estimate.
