Most recently we had the two bottom seals on the two garage doors replaced and had both doors overhauled which included replacement of the springs, cables, rollers, and lubrication of the moving parts, as swell as all inspections/adjustments. We have dealt with this company since 2005. This recent service, like the company’s past services were always done professionally, promptly, with much attention to detail, courteously, and neatly. We couldn’t ask for more and expect to continue using the same company for our future garage door needs.

My decision to call Precision Door was out of necessity, but also because of the online reviews I read. Your two techs were top-notch, ahead of schedule, efficient and friendly during the time they spent repairing and updating our garage door. My husband was most impressed because he spent his time with them as they worked. The quality of their work is outstanding. I came out into the garage after they left, only to discover that they not only replaced our motor, we had new remotes for each car, an outside door opener already paired with the door, a new push button switch on the wall, and an incredibly, almost silent, operating door. We can't say enough about how well our job was performed and the professionalism and proficiency of the two techs who performed the service. We will be recommending Precision to all our friends and neighbors. Thanks again for a job very well done. I first want to thank Precision for quick response to our needs. Tech was out same day we called. Rob was the tech who serviced our door. He was very professional and thorough explaining the initial problem and he also pointed out some other issues that would become an issue in the future. I want to stress that he left the decision completely up to us in regards to addressing other issues. When the work was complete he did a thorough test of the door making absolutely sure it was working properly. I arrived home from my job when he was almost complete with repair; and yet he took the time to explain everything he had done even though said info was already explained to my wife. This is how a service company should operate. Rob called 20 mins b4 scheduled appointment to cfm he was on time. He was. Broken spring was the reason for calling Precision - used them 3 tmes b4. Door opener crapped out while he was testing - installed the broken spring (warranty) and a new opener. He cleaned up, said it was all part of the service. This is a great company to deal with that obviously takes pride in the service they deliver. Won't go anywhere else.

The service and response time excellent. How when they came to fix the door the gentleman said several times that the motor will be the next thing to get fixed. The very next day the motor mysteriously didn’t work and needed to be replaced.
