I first want to thank Precision for quick response to our needs. Tech was out same day we called. Rob was the tech who serviced our door. He was very professional and thorough explaining the initial problem and he also pointed out some other issues that would become an issue in the future. I want to stress that he left the decision completely up to us in regards to addressing other issues. When the work was complete he did a thorough test of the door making absolutely sure it was working properly. I arrived home from my job when he was almost complete with repair; and yet he took the time to explain everything he had done even though said info was already explained to my wife. Your company is very fortunate to have such an employee. In the future Precision will be the company we call for any garage door issues. Sincerely John Robb

The Technician that worked on my garage door was very courteous, friendly and professional. He explained in detail what may or may not be the issue with what was going on with my garage door. This is how a service company should operate. Rob called 20 mins b4 scheduled appointment to cfm he was on time. He was. Broken spring was the reason for calling Precision - used them 3 tmes b4. Door opener crapped out while he was testing - installed the broken spring (warranty) and a new opener. He cleaned up, said it was all part of the service. This is a great company to deal with that obviously takes pride in the service they deliver. Won't go anywhere else.

The service and response time excellent. How when they came to fix the door the gentleman said several times that the motor will be the next thing to get fixed. The very next day the motor mysteriously didn’t work and needed to be replaced.

I thought it was time to have a door tuneup and called for an appointment, requesting Rob who did a major repair 5 years ago. First of all you had appointments available in a few days, with Rob. He showed up on time, calling from the road to alert me. He ended up doing a little more than a tuneup which he carefully detailed the reasons for. Great service and I can tell and hear how much better the door works now!
