The belt on the opener was going bad. Rob assessed the situation, recommended replacement & other maintenance to extend the life of the motor. He didn’t try to sell me anything not needed. He did a great job, cleaned up after himself, and made sure everything worked well when he was done. I would call them again.

I chose Precision, because I felt quite comfortable with the salesman that came to my home and the information he gave to me regarding the purchase of a new garage door. He answered my questions to my satisfaction. The installer were polite and worked together as a team and cleaned up afterwards. I had some concerns after the install and a technician came promptly to my home. He offered a number of ways to rectify my problem which pleased me. He also was very patient and looked over the work that was done by the installer. Overall, I am a happy customer and would highly recommend Precision garage door to my family and friends.

technicians are friendly and helpful. they did a professional job and the product is definitely the best. my only concern was that no told me that during installation, the technicians would have to cut into my aluminum siding frame and they left a rough edge on the frame and left wood edge exposed to elements. a small additional cost to call to my handyman to cover the wood and fix the rough edges was necessary. overall good job

I called Precision in a panic & the scheduling agent was so calming & efficient. I was amazed to find a technician at my door in less than an hour!! Rich was a total professional, and not only fixed the problem but performed a safety inspection. I recommend Precision Garage Doors most highly. My 20 year old garage door mechanism seemed to come apart at the seams one morning as I pushed the button to activate it. Gears, chains, and springs seemed to come apart at once and parts even went flying across the garage. It took all my strength to finally get my garage door to release and open so I could go to work. Precision scheduled me right away for an 'after work' time frame. The repair tech was clean, non-smoking, friendly, and knowledgeable. He presented me with options and 3 levels of repair/replacement from which to choose and did the work in about 2 hours. I highly recommend this company!

I have had this company do work a few years ago for me. Never a hard sell. Always professional. I needed new rollers and my beam light was old and useless. This time after 20 years of the same garage door I decided it was time for a new one. Well what a great decision. The new one you can't hear. It is so silent that you have to look again to be sure it closed. The service man was very professional and gave me 3 discounts without ne asking for any. In 3 hours I had a new Garage door opener. Once again a very good company and service people who actually do good work
