Rob, our technician, did a thorough assessment of the issues with our garage door. After walking through the possible repair options it appeared a replacement was the best solution. Rob had the parts on his truck and did a very professional installation. He cleaned up after the job and then explained everything we needed to know regarding the operation of the opener and remotes. Excellent work, professional and comprehensive communication, all at what we consider a fair price. Bonus: Rob showed up early for the job and finished ahead of his original estimate.

Existing opener failed; I was hoping it would be an adjustment. techs did a good job explaining it would be wiser to replace a 20 year old opener then repair. A bit more than I wanted to pay but work done well, they programed my outside pad and my car and the new opener works great. Would recommend them to anyone.
