I chose Precision to fix my broken garage door spring because of all the great reviews I read on line. I called at 7 AM. when I discovered I could not open my garage door and scheduled a same day appointment for 11 AM. Rob arrived right on time, assessed the problem, gave me a couple of options, including prices, and made the repairs. He was very professional and courteous, explained the repair process, as well as the included warranty. He then checked my opener to make sure it was operating correctly. Rob did a great job. I am very pleased with the process and the end result.

Rob was very thorough and knowledgeable. Besides replacing broken springs and bearings, I had the drums, rollers and cables replaced. He also did some "maintenance" such as lubricating and tightening of hardware. My door is a lot quieter now. I was very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Precision to anyone!

5Star for sure. Broken cable and springs on garage door. Called today at 1:00 pm. Door technician Rob arrived 3:15pm and repaired door. Installation took 2 hours. Rob was great. Took time to go over operation of door. Would definitely recommend this company. I’m sure all technicians are good but ask for Rob.

I could not be happier with the garage door service I received. The technician, Rob, arrived within an hour of my initial call and had all the parts required to complete the job. Rob explained every detail and all of my options for the different levels of repairs available. I went with a rebuild which included, springs, rollers, bearings and a complete lubrication, setup and adjustment of my opener. Rob was excellent on this service call. I had assumed the i had damaged the motor. Not so' the springs needed to be readjusted. Rob went thru the entire unit and door. Verifying everything was up to spec, which it was. He took his time and answered the questions i had in plain terms, which was easy to understand. Kudos to his knowledge and understanding of this product. If their is a rating above 5 he deserves it..
