Your Installer was on time, researched our issue, explained in detail the problem. Gave us a price for new garage door opener (all in price) so we were able to make a decision regarding replacement immediately. I was in need of a new Garage Spring. I was given a service call appointment time frame of 9-11am for the next day. Rob called 25 min prior to arrival and showed up at 8:55am and was done around 10:30am (inspection, installation, and fine tuning of the rest of my system). I opted for a complete torsion spring conversion. He had all the components in the truck. Rob’s the man! He was VERY polite, quick, knowledgeable, and skilled. I will be referring all my friends to Precision should they ever need garage door services!
