Rob was excellent on this service call. I had assumed the i had damaged the motor. Not so' the springs needed to be readjusted. Rob went thru the entire unit and door. Verifying everything was up to spec, which it was. He took his time and answered the questions i had in plain terms, which was easy to understand. Kudos to his knowledge and understanding of this product. If their is a rating above 5 he deserves it..

Had a problem with my garage door, it was a Sunday afternoon, I called Precision and they answered immediately. It was such a pleasure speaking with Brian, he was very welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and professional . After explaining the issues I was having he gave me an appointment for the next morning. I immediately received a confirmation email giving me the name and credentials of the technician I should expect at my home. Rob S. was on time the next morning, also the ultimate professional and very knowledgeable of his work. Precision gave us a good price on a brand new Hurricane Master (DAB)garage door. It included a new door opener, all the rails and trim. The installation was perfect - Thanks Garret and Dustin! Very pleased with the door, the installation, and customer service/coordination...…. Everything happened when it was supposed to at the price we were told to expect. If you're reading this looking for someone to call for a new garage door - I cannot recommend Precision Garage Door Service enough!

I could not be happier with the garage door service I received. The technician, Rob, arrived within an hour of my initial call and had all the parts required to complete the job. Rob explained every detail and all of my options for the different levels of repairs available. I went with a rebuild which included, springs, rollers, bearings and a complete lubrication, setup and adjustment of my opener. I would definitely recommend Precicion and especially Rob to anyone needing their garage door serviced.
