Your Tech Rob came as scheduled. Assesed our door and told us that it could not be fixed. We needed a new door. Gave us all the information and also an estimate. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything to us. Told us the the estimate was good for 90 days and if we ordered the door we would have to put a deposit down. I told him that we needed to talk it over and that we would call the office if we decide to get the new door. We did call the office and put a down payment on a new garage door. We were emailed an invoice and another document to sign and return by postal mail. I did sign the document and immediately returned the papers by postal mail. We will now wait for delivery and installation of our new garage door.

I have used Precision before and was happy with their service. This time they called to let me know they were on the way and showed up right on time that service was scheduled. The tech spotted the problem right away. He had the parts needed on his truck and repaired the broken hinge plus lubed the door and tested the door for proper operation. The Tech was very courteous and kept social distancing while we discussed the job.

The belt on the opener was going bad. Rob assessed the situation, recommended replacement & other maintenance to extend the life of the motor. He didn’t try to sell me anything not needed. He did a great job, cleaned up after himself, and made sure everything worked well when he was done. I would call them again.

After searching and talking to a few Garage Door Companies. I chose Precision, because I felt quite comfortable with the salesman that came to my home and the information he gave to me regarding the purchase of a new garage door. He answered my questions to my satisfaction. The installer were polite and worked together as a team and cleaned up afterwards. I had some concerns after the install and a technician came promptly to my home. He offered a number of ways to rectify my problem which pleased me. technicians are friendly and helpful. they did a professional job and the product is definitely the best. my only concern was that no told me that during installation, the technicians would have to cut into my aluminum siding frame and they left a rough edge on the frame and left wood edge exposed to elements. a small additional cost to call to my handyman to cover the wood and fix the rough edges was necessary. overall good job

I called Precision in a panic & the scheduling agent was so calming & efficient. I was amazed to find a technician at my door in less than an hour!! Rich was a total professional, and not only fixed the problem but performed a safety inspection. I recommend Precision Garage Doors most highly. The best service by people who really know how to solve a problem.
