Called and PRECISION sent one of their excellent technicians out to check and repair my garage door. They always do excellent work, explain everything to you, give you options to choose from that fit your need. They had previously installed a garage door for me at another home and they are my go to guys, always!

I am very happy to write about Precision door service. The staff is very polite. My door broke down at night, I called in the morning and my door was fixed the same day. The technician was very polite and understanding and knowledgeable. He explained all options. My daughter had this company fix her door last year and she recommended Precision Door Service to me. Thank you Precision.

Rob S. was my technician. He arrived 1/2 hour early which was great because I had other errands to run. He explained several options to fix my garage door. With his expert advice, I picked an option and he went right to work. He had with him all the necessary parts. It took him about an hour and I was completely satisfied.

Your Tech Rob came as scheduled. Assesed our door and told us that it could not be fixed. We needed a new door. Gave us all the information and also an estimate. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything to us. Told us the the estimate was good for 90 days and if we ordered the door we would have to put a deposit down. I told him that we needed to talk it over and that we would call the office if we decide to get the new door. We did call the office and put a down payment on a new garage door. We were emailed an invoice and another document to sign and return by postal mail. I did sign the document and immediately returned the papers by postal mail. We will now wait for delivery and installation of our new garage door.

I have used Precision before and was happy with their service. This time they called to let me know they were on the way and showed up right on time that service was scheduled. The tech spotted the problem right away. He had the parts needed on his truck and repaired the broken hinge plus lubed the door and tested the door for proper operation. The Tech was very courteous and kept social distancing while we discussed the job.

The belt on the opener was going bad. Rob assessed the situation, recommended replacement & other maintenance to extend the life of the motor. He didn’t try to sell me anything not needed. He did a great job, cleaned up after himself, and made sure everything worked well when he was done. I would call them again.
