Braden was very professional and explained everything to me. Got a text when he was on his way and he called when he was about 10 minutes out. He sent me the invoice and some quotes on new equipment by e mail. All in all great service and I will diffently continue to use Precision.

Precision did a great job repairing our door. One of the overhead springs had snapped making the door inoperable. Their technician Braden was knowledgeable, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. Five stars all the way around.

Excellent service! Brian came out on Sunday afternoon to repair a garage door opener that was not working. The end result was replacing the entire motor system, spring, plus maintenance. I am happy he was able to come on Sunday because the door would have had to be left opened most of the day and all night. I wasn't able to get the door down, even trying to do it manually. I have been using Precision for over 10 years, and I highly recommend this company.

I have been using Precision Garage Door Service for over 5 years and have found their people very professional and patient to answer all my questions. I especially like how personable they are. They make you feel very comfortable and they are attentive to all aspects of their work and explain what they are doing and why. Braden Hewitson was my service representative today and he was excellent. Very nice and respectful. Pleasure to work with.

I have used this company for the past ten years and have been completely satisfied with them. They installed my opener, serviced it a couple of times to keep it running smoothly, and this last time came to repair the drive belt. When you call the office, you get a nice person who will make sure you are taken care of. When they arrive at your home, they are extremely nice and professional. I will continue to use this company, and I highly recommend them. You won't be sorry.

The service technician (Derek) worked hard to solve our problem which I thought was a simple one. It turns out it wasn’t, and he stayed longer without complaint to get us up and running.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It was of course a weekend when the spring failed. I knew this day was coming. A lot of noise coming from door opening and closing. I had saved a Vero magazine with an ad from Precision. I gave them a call. Explained my situation and if there was a chance of service. I was happy to hear that a tech would be able to see me this afternoon. I was even able to get an estimate over the phone. Didn't want any sticker shock. The technician, Shane called when he was on his way and with an ETA. Here's the good part. At NO TIME did he try to sell me anything. He pointed out areas to watch considering the age of the unit. He knows his stuff. Professional to say the least. Thank you

Derrick did a fantastic job giving our system a full review and repairing numerous things incorrectly done by another garage door service when our system was installed three months ago. Derrick explained everything in detail before and after the repair work, and now everything works to perfection. I could not be happier with his service and with the ease of making the appointment. This is the only company I will use in the future for garage door repairs.

We called Precision because we had an issue with our door not going down. We called and someone came that afternoon. The technician (Jeff Dineen) came out found the problem, showed us what was wrong and explained what needed to be done. When he was done he once again went over everything. Very good job and very professional. The only garage door people to call.
