I thought it was time to have a door tuneup and called for an appointment, requesting Rob who did a major repair 5 years ago. First of all you had appointments available in a few days, with Rob. He showed up on time, calling from the road to alert me. He ended up doing a little more than a tuneup which he carefully detailed the reasons for.
