Precision Garage Door was quick to respond to my request to get an evaluation and quote for a new door Opener. Jeff Dineen was our technician from Precision Garage Door and he was great to work with. He was personable and took the time to answer all our questions on door openers and installation. I was impressed with his knowledge of all the different brands of openers and what opener(s) would be a good for our garage door. Jeff completed the installation in about 2 hours and reprogrammed all our remote devices as well as walking us through set-up and using the door opener application from our phones. I would highly recommend using Precision Garage Door services.

Great service and repair of our garage door! The springs broke after pulling into the garage on a Friday night. We called that evening. Brian was out the next afternoon (Saturday). He was excellent! My vehicle was in our garage and the door was not operable due to a damaged torsion spring. I found Precision Garage Door through a web search and was impressed with the simple, imformative and thorough web site. They were extremely professional from the intake call through the replacement of damaged torsion spring. The intake call was thorough ensuring that all relevant information was gathered and passed to the technician who responded to our service call. I was given options on how quickly the repair needed to occur and was able to get same day after hours service which was a big plus for me. Bryan the technician explained everything that was required and recommended. He was very professional, friendly and extremely competent - he finished the job within an hour. Wanted a 2nd quote for replacement of my doors. Precision's quote was 50% higher than ABCO. I was told my motors must be replaced (they are 25 years old). ABCO felt otherwise. They have had far more issues with the newer models (represented only $1,300 of the $3,000 differential). They were quoting Clopay... from reviews these may even be a touch above DAB (which ABCO no longer specs for residential due to complaints about noisy operation). Your tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He has no control over your prices.
