Had Derik over to fix garage door and how impressed I was with him. He talked us thru what he was doing and obviously loves his job which you do not find nowadays. Fixed the door in no time, cleaned up and was gone. A very pleasant experience and would absolutely have them back. He is an asset to the company.

I’ve used Precision up north in Maryland and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had Florida offices as well. Sure enough, our recent experience was as good as we were accustomed to in Maryland. Rob was amazing. He was professional, friendly, helpful and quick! Most importantly — truly the highest value added service — Rob programmed both of our cars to work with the new garage door opener! He saved us hours of frustration. Rob did both cars in less than 15 mins. Wow! I have always found Precision to be highly responsive, fair-priced and with well-trained technicians.
