I have been a customer for several years. My garage door wouldn't open so I called Precision. They sent out Rob to help me. He was fantastic!!! My old craftsman motor was about 15 years old. So it was necessary to replace it as they don't make parts for it any more. Rob explained all my options. He even was nice enough to talk to my adult son, Chad, and explain everything to him too. I was very impressed that Rob installed my new garage door motor in about an hour. He even helped me with a couple heavy things that needed to be moved. I'm very happy with the service I received today. Thank you Rob.

We had lost / misplaced the remotes from our trip earlier this year. Our Tech came out right on time and set up two new remotes. AND he checked over the door, spring mechanism and opener. Precision Garage Door was quick to respond to my request to get an evaluation and quote for a new door Opener. Jeff Dineen was our technician from Precision Garage Door and he was great to work with. He was personable and took the time to answer all our questions on door openers and installation. I was impressed with his knowledge of all the different brands of openers and what opener(s) would be a good for our garage door. Jeff completed the installation in about 2 hours and reprogrammed all our remote devices as well as walking us through set-up and using the door opener application from our phones. I would highly recommend using Precision Garage Door services.

Great service and repair of our garage door! The springs broke after pulling into the garage on a Friday night. We called that evening. Brian was out the next afternoon (Saturday). He was excellent!
