I called on a Thursday night and the very nice woman who schedules the work said Friday between 1-3. I received a call at 12:30 from the tech and he said I’m 1/2 hour out. Exactly what I was hoping for. Super professional, polite and got my garage door back up and running in 1 hour. Thank you !!

For less than an hours work I feel $283 was a high charge. Your method of charging is called stacking an individual charge for each service performed and not based on hourly charge plus a service charge.

The best service any one could expect. Call for a key pad to be installed. Lucky for me James the tech saw several things going bad on my garage door and things another company had repaired?
