Bryan was a very pleasant person to deal with - I had a garage door that was getting very difficulty to lift. He adjusted the wires multiple times to make sure it was easier. Worked great this morning.

My vehicle was in our garage and the door was not operable due to a damaged torsion spring. I found Precision Garage Door through a web search and was impressed with the simple, imformative and thorough web site. They were extremely professional from the intake call through the replacement of damaged torsion spring. The intake call was thorough ensuring that all relevant information was gathered and passed to the technician who responded to our service call. I was given options on how quickly the repair needed to occur and was able to get same day after hours service which was a big plus for me. Bryan the technician explained everything that was required and recommended. He was very professional, friendly and extremely competent - he finished the job within an hour. Kudos to the team at Precision Garage Door for being laser focused on delivering outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this business.

Wanted a 2nd quote for replacement of my doors. Precision's quote was 50% higher than ABCO. I was told my motors must be replaced (they are 25 years old). ABCO felt otherwise. They have had far more issues with the newer models (represented only $1,300 of the $3,000 differential). They were quoting Clopay... from reviews these may even be a touch above DAB (which ABCO no longer specs for residential due to complaints about noisy operation). Your tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He has no control over your prices.

I chose Precision Garage Door because they have given me excellent service in the past. I had no problem with my garage door but it hadn't been serviced in many years. The service gentleman was prompt, did a great job checking everything out and oiling and adjusting. Gave me great tips for extending the life of my garage door.

Our technician, Jeff, was knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He worked as hard as anyone, and I feel he went above and beyond, even in this heat. He is an excellent reflection of the employees any business should be looking to employ. I cannot say enough except thank you to Precision and Jeff.

"JEFF DINEEN." arrived exactly on time and proceeded to repair not only the broken spring, but when asked if it was possible to upgrade the door (new rollers plus heavy duty cables, and both springs per my request) I was very impressed that he had all of the new equipment on his truck, and upon completion he thoroughly lubed all moving parts. And all of this on a Saturday and at a reasonable price. Therefore, I have to give Jeff 10 stars for his knowledge, professionalism, and pleasant personality. To say the least, my wife and I are extremely happy with the results. We would recommend your company to anyone in the future.

Had Derik over to fix garage door and how impressed I was with him. He talked us thru what he was doing and obviously loves his job which you do not find nowadays. Fixed the door in no time, cleaned up and was gone. A very pleasant experience and would absolutely have them back. He is an asset to the company.
