I'm extremely happy with the service your professionals provided today as I have been with every service I have received from Precision Garage Door Service since I began doing business with your company (over eight years now). I called your office with a minor concern with an unusual sound happening with my garage door when I open it. Your technician was here within 3 hours, even though it was a minor concern. He contacted me before his arrival to let me know his name and when he would arrive. He did a comprehensive inspection of my system and told me there was nothing wrong that a routine maintenance wouldn't correct. What he didn't do was try to sell me something I didn't really need. In my experience, this is uncommon. He did, at my request, provide me with reasonable estimates for services I may require in the future. This included a new opener since my current opener is well over ten years old. I would strongly recommend Precision to any of my friends or neighbors, and I thank them for being a trustworthy, reliable and an ethical service provider.

I am very satisfied with the service I received from Precision Garage Door. When the motor of my garage door died, I called Precision becaused I had used their services previously for a minir repair, and was happy with them. Two technicians came out by the next day (only because I'd called late in the evening). The technicians were courteous, professional, and very skilled, and within two hours,had replaced my old 25+ year old motor, which I must admit had seen better days. The price was very reasonable, and the job was thorough. I am extremely satisfied with the job which was very well done, the warranty, and the service, and I very highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for your garage door repair or replacement.

Scheduled a tune up for my garage door online using the chat. Very easy to use and I was able to get a date scheduled for next day which was very convenient for me. Rob the service tech arrived as scheduled. Explained what was included in the tune up and then completed a tune up on door and made some minor adjustments to improve performance. Door is working better on the open and close. At my request, Rob also provided a quote for replacement of the springs and mechanisms as my current equipment is original to the home build and beyond the typical life expectancy. No high pressure sales pitch which I appreciated. Just the detailed information and options I had requested. This is the second time I have used Precision Garage and I have been pleased each time with the professionalism of the technician and the overall service provided. I will be using Precision Garage again.

A long time ago I needed a garage door repair. Precision Garage Door Service was a "Shot in The Dark" as I had no idea of who to call.. My "Shot in The Dark" was a bullseye!! Outstanding service from start to finish. The office got us scheduled for annual maintenance of our hurricane garage door (which they installed in 2013 and is still going strong) the next day. Woke up this morning to a busted spring on the garage door. Since we park both cars inside the garage, we were stuck working from home (boo hoo hahaha). I friend of ours, had a problem with their garage door which resulted in not being able to open the door. It took several days to get someone out to repair their door. We decided to have our garage door inspected so we would not be in the situation as our friend. We called Precision Garage Door on a Friday afternoon, and they said that they could be at our house the next day (Saturday) but we indicated that it was not emergence and Monday would be fine. They gave us a time frame window and would call when they were 30 minutes from our house. The young man gave our garage door a detailed inspection and found a few problem areas which he fixed. He was very nice and was very profession during his inspection. He gave us some items about our door that we should monitor but was not necessary to address at this time frame. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door and for sure we will keep their phone number with other companies that we trust.

Our garage door wasn't working properly and of course it was the weekend! I called Precision Garage Door Service on Sunday morning around 9:35 am. An appointment was arranged for us that day between 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. The technicians, Jeff and Jaden showed up around 1:30 pm. Jeff told us what was wrong and offered us two choices to have it repaired. We chose and asked when they could do it. The answer was NOW! The repaired the door parts and changed out the motor. Everything was done by 4:00 pm. What a blessing! I highly recommend this company!
