Tech arrived early, and communicated that with plenty of time/warning. Clearly explained my service options, worked quickly, respectfully and cleanly, and was committed on getting my car's built-in (but slightly malfunctioning) homelink to work with the garage door opener, and eventually got it programmed properly. I definitely appreciate that effort.

Excellent Techs. My 3rd experience using Precision and I highly recommend their services. Response time right on. Byran was my tech for today. He came out due to my extension cord for Xmas lights interfering with sensor. While here, Bryan gave me great pointers and education, performed maintenance and replaced rubber seal under garage door. Bryan was very professional, informative with great customer service skills.

Hello. I have used Precision Garage door to replace a garage door and motor at a house I sold. Then I hired them to put a new motor and track on my condo's garage door. Then today, I had them install a keyed lock which I can use to open my garage door when the electricity goes down. I am not kidding, each time they come out I find their technicians to be knowledgeable and precise in their work. They answer my questions without making me feel less than smart. We bought a new hurricane rated double garage door four years ago when we moved into our 20 year old home. Love the company and the door. Sunday we had a broken spring and called thinking we would leave a message. Not having needed service before we didn’t realize the 24/7 service. They apologized for not having an opening that day and we got first appointment for Monday. They also asked if Derek got an early start could he come earlier, which he did. Derek was friendly, knowledgeable, got job diagnosis immediately and job completed on the spot along with 100 point maintenance check and cleanup. Derek was super and we have recommended Precision to several friends, for doors and maintenance. Thanks, Derek!!!

I have used your company in the past and was satisfied with the service so when my torsion spring broke you was my first choice. I was more than happy with the quick response and the professionalism of your technician. He inspected my garage door and explained what was needed to fix the problem. He also suggested other areas that needed attention and explained why. He put together options that went from replacing the broke spring to a complete overhaul with pricing. I choose the overhaul and can say I'm glad I did. My garage door works as smooth and quiet as it did when it was new. You have a great tech, hang on to him!!
