Wow you guys rock. I called after a door spring broke on a Saturday. I thought no way it fixed until Monday. You guys were at my house in less than n hour and had the replacements in place in about 45 min maybe less. The technician (Shane) was awesome he explained everything and gave me options. Started with an emergency the day I moved here in 2018. Since then the best has been how quickly there is a response when I need help. I have a double and a single door, both are so quiet it is amazing. I did not buy this house new, the garage doors are insulated as the previous owner put an air conditioner in the garage. Derek Martens arrived ahead of scheduled time and pointed out extra problem that could be fixed during this visit. He was cordial, professional and honest and actually seemed to enjoy his work. My personal opinion was that Bryan came across as very aggressive about the work required. There was no wiggle room in his proposal. You need this, you need that, if you don’t do it you get no warranty for anything we do. I have a budget since I am on a fixed income. With inflation my disposable income is limited. I mentioned that to Bryan but his body language and facial expression told me he didn’t care. I got another quote with a lifetime warranty on the motor and chain with new springs for $500 less installed. You probably do excellent work but I got turned off by the sales pitch.

Outstanding service!! My garage door could not be opened by the door opener or manually. The springs had snapped making it impossible to open the door. I called Precision at 8am and they had a technician at my house before 10am to replace my double garage door springs. Shane A. was super professional and explained everything that he would do to get my door back to normal. After he explained all the options I opted to have an overhaul of springs, bearings, drums, cables and rollers replaced. He replaced all of those components in less than 2 hours and my. Garage door operates like new! Highly recommend this company if you have any garage door issues. Thanks!

Wow! In today’s world, it’s hard to find almost any service company that provides same-day service. Within 4 hours of calling, Rob S. had replaced my torsion springs and gave everything a tuneup. Highly recommend Precision to anyone needing repairs or a new door.

Met with Shane today and ordered a hurricane door upgrade. My current door is over 33 years old and in bad need of a face lift. I have been restoring this house for the last 3 years. New septic system, hurricane windows and doors, added solar, and been lied to on several occasions. One window after all this time is still not correct, not even in code. So, I’ve been through the mill financially. $61,000.00 to date and more than I paid for the house new in 1990. Back to Shane: He was very thorough and walked me through a good presentation on doors, informed my on present Florida codes on different door types which I found interesting and what to expect when the old door is replaced. I picked your company based on all of the information posted in the Web Site. Best of several looked at. I’m looking forward to see the final product in about 6 weeks. Thanks.

Service tech, Jeff Dineen, was extremely impressive and a pleasure to deal with. All of our options were clearly explained , and Jeff proceeded to perform the service in a very professional manner. I would strongly recommend Precision to anyone needing help with their garage door. Appointment was made promptly, I got updates from their office as to tech arrival time, and even a phone call from the tech telling me he was about 10 minutes away. Turned out to be 9 minutes ! Our only car was stuck in the garage due to a broken spring. This was at 6:30 in the evening. I Called Precision and they scheduled for a service call that night between 8 and 10. Service man came about 8:30. I was very glad to see him if only he could open the door for us. But he reassured me saying he could fix the door that night. He had it repaired in about an hour and a half with two new springs and other stuff. Fantastic service!! Thanks so much!!
