We were heading out of the house yesterday morning when the garage door malfunctioned. I made a call to the Precision Garage Door company & requested same day service. I was happy with the one to three arrival time offered. At close to one o’clock, Rob arrived ready to work. He found the problem immediately, rectified it and did a complete maintenance on the door all for under $100. He was so friendly and informative and best of all the garage door works fine. Outstanding professionalism! Shane, the technician, who serviced my hurricane rated garage door was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. I was given a 2 hour window of time when to expect a technician to arrive and was provided a courtesy call early with a prompt arrival time. Shane performed a yearly tune-up on my garage door and was very attentive to my concerns and addressed all of them promptly. In doing so, he explained what he was able to do in order to address those concerns and made corrections to any misalignments and performed all necessary adjustments. Including balancing and lubricating the door to reduce drag resistance when opening and closing the door to protect and extend the life of the door opener. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and their technician, "Shane" for any of your garage door maintenance and repairs needs and definitely installs! They installed mine! Top notch company!

We called Precision because we had an issue with our door not going down. We called and someone came that afternoon. The technician (Jeff Dineen) came out found the problem, showed us what was wrong and explained what needed to be done. When he was done he once again went over everything. Very good job and very professional. The only garage door people to call.

Precision did a fantastic job and was very efficient. I called at 8am in the morning after my torsion spring broke, and I couldn't get the garage door up. They came out by 10am and completely fixed it and performed preventive maintenance on my other garage door. Excellent service, I will definitely call Precision again.
