I called Precision about my garage door opener issue on a holiday weekend. They responded on the next business day. The technicians arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue, which was corrected with the installation of a new opener, as the original was nearly 20years old and replacement parts were no longer available. The lead technician, Mickey, was knowledgeable and professional. The installation was completed in a timely manner with no issues. They even programmed my two automobiles for the new opener. Very professional. Highly recommended!

In addition, because repair work was done on the garage door, I was not charged the service call. Precision Garage Doors is an awesome company, Great customer service. Prompt response. I had an appointment to check my garage door. Mickey was the technician, he came early checked out my door, lubricated it and now I'm good to go until next year. I'll have them back next year to check it out and lubricate it.
