Precision fixed my daughter's garage door issue and I was very impressed with the technician's (Shane) expertise and efficiency. I had an issue with my garage door opener not working so I decided to try Precision again. They were quick to get me on their schedule. I was not disappointed. My technician (Bryan) called to let me know he could arrive earlier than scheduled if that was alright with me. It was, so Bryan arrived at the agreed to time and had my issue fixed within the first 10 minutes of his arrival. Additionally, Bryan inspected my system and made several suggestions that might enhance its operation. These were things that I could do. He also pointed out areas to keep an eye on that might cause future issues. No hard sell at all, but good information to know. I will be calling Precision again if I experience issues in the future.

Precision replaced the garage door 3 years ago with hurricane door. We were very satisfied with the service and product. Jeff Dineen replaced our electric garage door opener with a wall mount opener, very professional, organized, very impressed. I would highly recommend Precision for all of your garage door needs.

Your tech Shane was very pleasant, polite and professional. Our garage door problem may be intermittent. He made some adjustments and new wire connections. We'll remain hopeful that will provide a remedy. We have been a customer of yours since 2006.

I am very pleased with the work performed. The technician called to let me know when to expect him. He evaluated the system and suggested some minor maintenance needed. He then preformed the adjustments I had called for and reprogrammed the system. He told me price before he did any work. I will continue to use Precision for all garage door needs and recommend them to my neighbors.

Everything went well, except the price is exaggerated for the time of year. Everyone is struggling right now as life goes for certain people. Other than that, great customer service.

Excellent experience from the beginning to the end. I appreciated the courtesy call letting me know Robert ( technician) was on his way. Once he assessed the garage's door, he took the time to explain how the door should work. The work's fees were discussed upfront (no hidden fees) and were reasonable. We were very pleased with the service. Thank you Precision Garage Doors.

We are very happy with the work that Derek Martens completed for us. He arrived right at the time indicated, gave an itemized estimate for the repairs needed, and said he had everything necessary for the repair with him. He went to work, and it was obvious that he was very experienced with the tasks at hand. My boss, and another man I worked with have used your services, and it was their recommendations that led me to choose your company. My wife and I are very pleased with the result. Please feel free to use use our remarks as you wish. The only thing I would like, is, if possible, email me a receipt for the work performed. Thank you, Marty Miller martyredmiller@gmail.com
