We have used Precision in the past and will continue to do so. I was given an appointment the same day that I called, and was given a 2-hour window in which the tech would arrive, and he arrived within that time frame. Bryan called me to let me know what time he would be there, which was much appreciated. When he got there he explained everything, gave me the quote to fix everything, and did so within a short time. He was kind, informative, and helpful. I highly recommend Precision!

Your company sent out a repairman on a Saturday night when my garage door opener looked like it might detach itself from the garage ceiling. My husband had just gotten home from the hospital and I had visions of being trapped in my house, unable to get out of my garage in an emergency. Jeff Dineen worked in the heat and was able to make a quick fix so that I was comfortable. We liked him so much, we waited to have the new opener installed on Wednesday, today, so that he could do it! He was very thorough and personable and I would highly recommend him and Precision Garage Doors!
