Same day service ... Shane arrived EARLY! We were stuck at home with the car in the garage due to the broken overhead door spring. (the garage door is HEAVY hurricane strengthened, too heavy to lift with a broken spring) He replaced the spring and other parts .. no hard sell tactics. Now, the door opens better than ever! GOOD JOB !!

Put Precision Door Service on your speed dial! We have used their service several times since having our home built 10 years ago. Always same day service, the technician is here precisely on time, listens to my explanation regarding the problem, asks appropriate questions, runs his checks and offers options on fixing the problem. Today I had to purchase a new system for my side of the garage door and the tech even reset the open/close button on my vehicle rear view mirror. Always extremely pleased with their service!

The technician called at 7:45 a.m. and said he was on his way and would arrive in a few minutes. He came exactly at 8 a.m. He examined all parts of garage opener mechanism. The problem was the old motor malfunction. He installed new motor, replaced noisy wheels with quieter nylon wheels as requested, removed old wall remote and installed new wall remote, gave me new manual remote and explained procedures. He was neat, courteous and worked quickly.

The best service any one could expect. Call for a key pad to be installed. Lucky for me James the tech saw several things going bad on my garage door and things another company had repaired? Atleast I thought everything was OK. James was professional and experienced. Very helpful. He is a credit to your company. I know the garage door open is in great working condition Thanks to him. Most recently we had the two bottom seals on the two garage doors replaced and had both doors overhauled which included replacement of the springs, cables, rollers, and lubrication of the moving parts, as swell as all inspections/adjustments. We have dealt with this company since 2005. This recent service, like the company’s past services were always done professionally, promptly, with much attention to detail, courteously, and neatly. We couldn’t ask for more and expect to continue using the same company for our future garage door needs.

Scheduled a Noisy garage door service. Ben our technician showed up on time and after inspecting our door said we did not need that service, only routine annual maintenance. The rollers did not need replacement and the noise level was normal. Saved $50 on the change of service. Job was completed professionally. I strongly recommend them if you need garage door service.

My garage door wouldn't open on a Sunday because of a broken spring. I caller for service at 9:30am and the technician arrived at 11:30. By 12:30 the door was fixed. And no extra charge for a Sunday repair. What great service.

So far not really impressed. I told the guys that came out to measure that I needed it done as soon as possible to reduce my insurance cost. They did not pass that along to the office. Then they got hung up on getting the Notice of Commencement signed, took a week to pick it up. I even emailed it to them. Got the request for a review before the work has started. Meanwhile I had to go ahead and pay the higher premium. No word on time frame of getting the door installed. I suppose I should start watching the news to see if they closed up and skipped town!

I have used Precision since purchasing my home in 2016. Their staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. They do not try to "upsell" you, but simply evaluate your issues and suggest solutions. Just had a routine checkup after over two years since the last time. Only needed a couple of minor adjustments and a thorough lubrication. No additional charge. Highly recommend.
