I’ve used Precision up north in Maryland and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had Florida offices as well. Sure enough, our recent experience was as good as we were accustomed to in Maryland. Rob was amazing. He was professional, friendly, helpful and quick! Most importantly — truly the highest value added service — Rob programmed both of our cars to work with the new garage door opener! He saved us hours of frustration. Rob did both cars in less than 15 mins. Wow! I have always found Precision to be highly responsive, fair-priced and with well-trained technicians. Clearly, these qualities are consistent across their vast network of offices! Can’t believe you’d ever want to use anyone else!!

We had used this company before to adjust our garage doors, and we were very satisfied. When the mechanism to operate the door broke, my husband tried to fix it. Finally we called Precision again and the technician Jeff came out the next day. He worked 3 hrs into the night to attempt to repair it, but finally had to replace it. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and even called a colleague for help. We will certainly use you as a reference, and my husband says he’ll call sooner next time! Thanks

Had a roller off track which I’ve fixed myself in the past. However, it appeared to be happening more frequently so I gave Precision a call. Jeff came out the next day and gave the door a thorough going over making all necessary adjustments. Smooth as silk now. This evening I had an issue with my garage door which included a broken carriage bolt and track issues which kept my garage door from closing fully. I contacted Precision and they gave me an emergency appointment. A technician named Mickey Carter came out and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Mickey was very kind and very professional. This is the second time we used Precision Garage Doors. Earlier last summer, our spring broke on our garage door. Precision replaced the spring and adjusted the chain. We called again this Monday evening regarding a different problem. We were able to schedule an appointment for the following morning. Shane arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it during the appointment. Great experience. We highly recommend Precision Garage doors and will continue to use them in the future.
