I have used this company for the past ten years and have been completely satisfied with them. They installed my opener, serviced it a couple of times to keep it running smoothly, and this last time came to repair the drive belt. It was an overall great experience. The springs/ bearings needed to be replaced on my garage door, I called on a Friday and they were able to schedule a technician to come out the next day and fix the problem. The technician Braden was on time, very professional, and courteous. Braden explained what had to be done and promptly fixed the problem, he was awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It was of course a weekend when the spring failed. I knew this day was coming. A lot of noise coming from door opening and closing. I had saved a Vero magazine with an ad from Precision. I gave them a call. Explained my situation and if there was a chance of service. I was happy to hear that a tech would be able to see me this afternoon. I was even able to get an estimate over the phone. Didn't want any sticker shock. The technician, Shane called when he was on his way and with an ETA. Here's the good part. At NO TIME did he try to sell me anything. He pointed out areas to watch considering the age of the unit. I opted for adjustments this time but he also reconnected wiring and cleaned contacts that might have been contributing to malfunctions, lubed the belt, and so forth. He also provided me with options and prices for replacement of the motor should his adjustments not remedy the problem. Bryan's work exceeded my expectations and he is a credit to your company.
