Precision did a fantastic job and was very efficient. I called at 8am in the morning after my torsion spring broke, and I couldn't get the garage door up. They came out by 10am and completely fixed it and performed preventive maintenance on my other garage door. Excellent service, I will definitely call Precision again.

I had known the company name while in Brevard County and when we purchased a property in Indian River County and need garage door servicing I reached out to 2 local companies for quotes. They came back so divergent that I felt I needed to seek a 3rd quote from someone I knew/trusted, so I arranged for that quote with Precision. Bryan Hewitson just came over and what a great experience. Talked me through all the existing issues, including not doing ones that didn't need to be done, and then went about getting our door to operate as if brand new. Reassuring in these times when you just wonder if you're really getting legit feedback and service. Thx Bryan!

Precision Garage Doors had done the original installation on the house I had recently purchased so I called them to check everything out. Jeff was right on time, very knowledgeable and helpful. Reference: Invoice 126788696 Service Technician Shane Abbenante performed excellent Customer Service in the repair of my garage door broken spring issue…He provided & showed me detailed explanations of the recommended repairs that should be completed: Remove & Replace 2 springs, 3 bearings, LH & RH Drums, Set of Torsion Cables and 10 PDS Rollers…I opted for his recommendations, as it was a better & cost effective solution!

Truly a great experience. I made the appointment via Chat on the website, which only took a matter of minutes. I asked for a Saturday appointment which they eagerly scheduled. I've used Precision for years. I trust they treat me fairly. Trusting those you hire is paramount. All the technicians over the years have been very good and I feel I'm getting a quality product. My most recent contact because of a broken spring found on a Friday morning was fixed by dinnertime Friday. :)

I have lived in my house for almost 25 years and have always called Precision Door (and No One Else!!) whenever I've needed garage door service. have pretty much called every year for the past few yrs for annual maintenance since the door is getting pretty old now. But the main reason for this review is to let you know JEFF, was here this last time and he should get a rating of 10!!!!----excellent service, took a lot of time straightening out "why when the door shuts it kinda hits heavy on the ground---just an excellent visit and service for the money----if I had known he was going to be such a caring guy about this door, I would have prepared with some cash for a tip!

Our garage door was stuck. We had used Precision Door before and called them early in the evening and they had a technician at our home early the next morning (a Saturday morning, at that). He explained the problem and alternative repair options. After deciding what I wanted he completed repairs quickly. Current garage door was purchased from Precision in 2017, just wanted a tune up. Appointment was scheduled between 8-10 AM. Jeffrey arrived around 0930 to make assessments for necessary tasks.
