We always use Precision when we need help with our garage door. They are available when we need them and I always feel confident that they are experts in their field. This visit, we needed a new garage door opener after the previous one was fried because of an electrical surge during a lightning strike. We had a four-hour window scheduled for the technicians to show up, and they called, asking if it was okay to show up a half-hour early (which was great)! The old opener was not reparable, so they gave me a quote to install a new one, which I accepted. They had the new unit with them and installed it in about two hours. They were very friendly and cheerful, and walked me through all the details after installation. Very professional, The new opener is very smooth and very quiet. I'm very pleased all around. Excellent work.

Please see my review on Google. The technician who responded was Braden Hewiston. He did a great job explaining the inspection and repair process and then did a great job with the springs replacement and lubricating the appropriate door parts. I will ask for him again when the yearly maintenance is due.

Professionals all around, from the person taking the call, the technician to the supervisor/manager. Technician arrived to the job site ready with previous service information (been using this company for a while). He was courteous and listened to my issues. He placed a call to his supervisor to discuss my concerns. They gave me a solution/estimate for the job and I was really happy that they took the previous service in consideration to get to the estimate for repairs. Technician explained the job and got to work on my garage door. He was really informative and gave me so tips on how to check my garage door to help me prevent issues. Outstanding job all around. Wish more businesses were like this. These guys are number one in Brevard County.

Rob (service Tech) provided a complete inspection of our Garage Door and old Opener. Due to the age of the old opener(25 years old) and the sounds coming from it, I decided with Rob's concurrence to replace the Opener. Rob explained the entire process and informed me of the features of the new opener along with programing of all keypads. Rob was very courteous and answered any questions that I had. Thanks Rob!

I would recommend Precision Garage Door for repairs or new installations. When my door broke about 6 p.m. they were able to come out early the next day. I needed a new door as I suspected. The installers were very knowledgeable, cleaned up and took the old door away. They even helped me pair the new door opener to my car!

We used Precision for new springs and complete tune up around 2014 followed by a New LiftMastet opener shortly thereafter. Around 2016 they installed a new door for us as well, the service was very good and they did a great job… fast forward to 2026 our opener was not working so they did a Special $99 turn up and said the gear on the motor was broken and we needed a new opener to tune of $1050?? Or we could go to Home Depot and buy one and they would install it for around $350! An hour later I called LiftMaster and they informed me that the motor is guaranteed for life and sent me an entire new motor in about four days. When I contacted Precision they said they would install it for $389, seriously?, I called one of their competitors with 50+ years of service in the area and they installed, greased the belt and readjusted the tension in 45 minutes for $139 with my Veterans Discount and Fast, Friendly, and Honest Service! Not sure what happened to Precisions Quality and Service??

It had been three years since Precision had serviced our doors, so we asked for a check up. Jeff your technician informed us that our opener was from 2004. We chose to replace it with a Genie. Jeff was very knowledgeable and when he left our cars, our remotes, and our phones, could all open and close our garage doors. We upgraded our main garage to a Genie opener - a key pad, and two remotes.

Our technician came to look at our garage door opener which had stopped working, and the motor had died. He suggested a new one that was more appropriate for the size of our garage door. He installed the new one in what seemed like no time. Explained how it worked and was on his way. We were very pleased with everything!

My current garage door w/ automatic opener are from the original construction of my home nearly 40 years ago. Needless to say, they have served me well, but things eventually break down. I have been considering replacement for several years. After doing considerable research on the topic (I am an engineer after all; we tend to do our research LOL) I decided to give Precision Garage Doors a call today for an on site estimate. A wonderful gentleman named Bruce M came out to my home to provide the on site estimate within just a few hours of my phone call. Bruce was extremely competent, friendly, easy to work with and instills a sense of honesty / trust. He promptly answered every question I had. Before Bruce left my home, I had signed the contract and am now scheduled to have my new garage door with new automatic opener installed in about 2 weeks. This was such a simple, painless, professional process. I look forward to my new HURRICANE resistant rated garage door adding improved security, functionality and beauty to my home!
