Derek came early which was great! He replaced the springs, bearings, torsion cables, drums, and rollers. He tuned both garage doors and was done in about an hour. He was professional, courteous, and explained everything. Great Job!

I was pleased with the prompt service in fixing the issue with the outside door pad. Although just out of warranty, I thought some consideration might have been given since in a previous issue with the pad a replacement option was indicated if there was a future problem.

My garage door stuck open on Sunday morning. While I knew I could get the door down, I figured I'd call and make an appointment for Monday. To my surprise, not only could I make and appointment for Monday, but they can come Sunday afternoon at no extra charge. When was the last time you heard of that? Jeff came as scheduled and freed the door, with advise to start budgeting for a new one. Very happy with Precision!

I chose to have the opener replaced and Jeff promptly performed the installation with care and precision. He took his time, clearly explained everything he was doing, and treated me and my home with care and respect. Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.
