Excellent service! Brian came out on Sunday afternoon to repair a garage door opener that was not working. The end result was replacing the entire motor system, spring, plus maintenance. I am happy he was able to come on Sunday because the door would have had to be left opened most of the day and all night. I wasn't able to get the door down, even trying to do it manually. I have been using Precision for over 10 years, and I highly recommend this company.

Precision Garage Door replaced a spring for me years ago, so I called them again when a cable snapped. They came the very next morning. The serviceman was polite and informative, with no hard pressure sales. He had all the parts he needed on-hand. The price was reasonable for an overhaul. I’d call them again, if I need to, but probably not for a long time.

I was very impressed with Precision! my garage door opener stopped working, and I asked my neighbor if they had any recommendations. They recommended Precision. I called first thing this morning and they were able to send a technician out to repair the problem. The technician, Ken, arrived shortly after and resolved the problem. Ken provided a few options with prices. Within a few hours, my garage door was repaired with a new opener on the same day. Everyone was professional and courteous.

Precision had installed my garage door back in 2015. My research, as well as talking to some of their customers at the time convinced me that this company was the best choice to do the best job at a reasonable cost; and I was not disappointed. The person who took my call was very pleasant and scheduled an appointment at my choosing the very next day. Arriving at my home on time was a tech named Rob Stephenson, neat, clean and with a professional manner. He carefully noted with me his recommendations, explaining everything in easily understandable lay terms; no technical jargon. He gained my trust immediately. I have had Precision Garage Service service my garage door several times and have always been pleased with their work. I just had them install a new opener and I am very pleased with the unit and the technician that installed it. The technician was very thorough and explained the costs of either fixing or replacing my old opener. I chose to replace it with a more robust commercial unit to replace my old unit that was undersized for my garage door.

The center track on our garage door broke on a holiday weekend. When we called the following day, they were able to come out and replace most of the parts, including a new motor the same day. Dereck was very professional and explained in depth, how each part would work. He also programmed the (new) keypad and calibrated both cars to open the garage door on demand.

I was pleased with the prompt service in fixing the issue with the outside door pad. Although just out of warranty, I thought some consideration might have been given since in a previous issue with the pad a replacement option was indicated if there was a future problem.

My garage door stuck open on Sunday morning. While I knew I could get the door down, I figured I'd call and make an appointment for Monday. To my surprise, not only could I make and appointment for Monday, but they can come Sunday afternoon at no extra charge. When was the last time you heard of that? Jeff came as scheduled and freed the door, with advise to start budgeting for a new one. Very happy with Precision!
