Great experience. We needed a repair on our garage door opener and they sent a tech out the same day. Jeff,our tech, was outstanding. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me all of our options as well as answered all of my questions. He was very courteous and professional and completed the job efficiently. Couldn't be happier.

Your company sent out a repairman on a Saturday night when my garage door opener looked like it might detach itself from the garage ceiling. My husband had just gotten home from the hospital and I had visions of being trapped in my house, unable to get out of my garage in an emergency. Jeff Dineen worked in the heat and was able to make a quick fix so that I was comfortable. We liked him so much, we waited to have the new opener installed on Wednesday, today, so that he could do it! He was very thorough and personable and I would highly recommend him and Precision Garage Doors!

I chose Precision because it was near my home without anyone’s personal recommendation, typically a dangerous option, but I couldn’t be more pleased with Rob and the work he did. He was prompt, professional and truly cared about the quality of the job. He explained everything clearly and told me how to activate the warranty. What a great experience, I highly recommend this place.
