I had Precision Door back in 2002 and was pleased at that time. That is why I called again. The motor was shot and Jeff the tech was so much more than thorough. He tightened every and I mean every screw on the door and track to ensure perfect travel motion on the tracks even though he only installed the motor. He must have had the door open and close 10 to 15 times to make sure everything was secure and worked properly. I was impressed and very pleased and would call again for any issue. I felt I could trust this company without question. Thank you

I have lived in Titusville FL fo r 41 years and have used Precision for all my garage door problems. They were recommended to me by a neighbor for replacement of our old door. In that time Precision has installed my new streel door; reinforced it against hurricane; replaced an old door opener; replaced springs; reattached the door when it worked loose from the cement block above. They know what they are doing, and their work is professional and done properly. I have never had to call them back on a job. This time it was a new battery in the opener. They were here the day after I called and on time. The installer called to let me know he was on his way and when he'd arrive. Thank you for the call. It took about 45 minutes to install the new battery, and he checked the door as well, tightened up a couple screws. No charge for this. He also said since I had a whole house generator, I really didn't need a battery since it was for emergency use if the power went out. I chose to put the battery in. First time any company said I did not need what I was asking for. He was neatly dressed, clean, very nice and informative. He did a fantastic job in a limited space, working around my car which he said didn't need to be moved. I am very pleased with this company, and I will use them again and again. I will also highly recommend them to others.

I asked for a proposal and received it. The gentleman Brian that reviewed the scope and priced it did a great job. There were several items in the proposal that were priced “if needed” but I didn’t expect they would be required. In total all those if needed items were very costly. I called the office and spoke to a lady and asked her to please clarify if they would be needed or not. She was very short and had an attitude. She said those items would be determined after the order is placed. That was the wrong treatment and unacceptable answer. I bought the door from a competitor.

Precision Garage Door was quick to respond to my request to get an evaluation and quote for a new door Opener. Jeff Dineen was our technician from Precision Garage Door and he was great to work with. He was personable and took the time to answer all our questions on door openers and installation. I was impressed with his knowledge of all the different brands of openers and what opener(s) would be a good for our garage door. Jeff completed the installation in about 2 hours and reprogrammed all our remote devices as well as walking us through set-up and using the door opener application from our phones. I would highly recommend using Precision Garage Door services.

Called this morning at 8am because of a broken garage door spring. Was given an appointment for today between 10-12. Received a call from the service technician Bryan that he would arrive at 1030 and he was right on time. He gave me a detailed explanation on what he would do, gave me the price and time to complete the repair. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would most definitely recommend Precision garage door service as they were outstanding. I even received an email from the division owner thanking me for my business.

GL pods cast in Mpls One of the guys on the show try fixing his own door so we ended up calm precision garage door service in Alexandria Minnesota. So when ours broke I looked up to see they have one in saint lucie county. Rob came out to fix my door New springs, new bearings and adjusted the opener. Our door has never worked this good in four years since we bought the house. The door opens and closes so quiet now.

Brian Hewiston was our Precision Garage representative and installer. Brian did a superb job with the technical installation of our new Genie system. He gave us all of the options available to us allowing us to choose the best and most cost-effective solutions available to us. Throughout the installation he was extremely patient. The job at our home had some complications due to the builders initial placement and Brian tackled all issues with a great attitude, patience and a smile.
