I highly recommend Precision Garage Door! Rob did a fantastic job of replacing the rollers that had gone bad and fully explained why and what he was doing to keep my door working well. He also arrived so quickly after my call that it saved me so much time in having to wait around....

Mickey Carter was the technician and arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window, which was great. He was very friendly and worked quickly but completed what needed to be done. This was just a routickey advised my door was still working without issues as was my opener. I asked for a new outside door opener and he tried to accommodate my request, but unfortunately my opener is 19 years old and would not sync with the new opener. I asked for a quote for new main unit which he emailed to me on the spot. Mickey was professional and friendly and was a pleasure to work with. I have only used Precision to maintain my garage door and will continue to use them because of their professionalism.

Rob did a great job explaining what he was planning to do in conjunction with replacing our door springs. He has 13 years of experience with Precision Garage Door so was able to go over all aspects of our existing hurricane resistant garage door, our Liftmaster garage door opener with batter backup, our springs, bearings, and roller.

Braden was very professional and responded to all my questions. I was quoted $99 for my maintenance call. I found out that there was an additional fee of $39. for the service call once Braden was here. Your call center needs to advise customers of this additional charge when setting appointments please.

We used Precision Garage Door about two years age to replace the motor to our garage door opener, so when we need help again we knew who to call. Prompt service! I called yesterday morning and was told there was a time slot available later in the day. Bryan was the tech. First he helped us rest the key pad, then he listened to the other issues we had with our garage door and gave us our options. He replaced the springs, bearings and adjusted the door. Everything was done in a timely manner. Bryan was personable and professional. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door

I was very pleased with your employee. Dereks work and ENTHUSIASM THAT EARLY IN THE MORNING WAS AMAZING!! He explained the pros and cons of my garage opener from 2007 by just replacing the outdoor key pad. I did decide to change out my system according to his recommendations. I did not realize that my opener was quite that old. He left me a sticker so if I did have any future issues your company information would be handy. I was given an appointment the same day that I called, and was given a 2-hour window in which the tech would arrive, and he arrived within that time frame. Bryan called me to let me know what time he would be there, which was much appreciated. When he got there he explained everything, gave me the quote to fix everything, and did so within a short time.
