We had used this company before to adjust our garage doors, and we were very satisfied. When the mechanism to operate the door broke, my husband tried to fix it. This evening I had an issue with my garage door which included a broken carriage bolt and track issues which kept my garage door from closing fully. I contacted Precision and they gave me an emergency appointment. A technician named Mickey Carter came out and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Mickey was very kind and very professional.
