Great company with great service! I initially could not get my garage door open after one of the cables broke. Called Precision in the morning and they gave me a scheduled time frame when the tech would arrive same day. Tech called me about 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way and had the door fixed in about 30 minutes. Professional and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use these guys again.

Your Tech Rob came as scheduled. Assesed our door and told us that it could not be fixed. We needed a new door. Gave us all the information and also an estimate. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything to us. Told us the the estimate was good for 90 days and if we ordered the door we would have to put a deposit down. I told him that we needed to talk it over and that we would call the office if we decide to get the new door. We did call the office and put a down payment on a new garage door. We were emailed an invoice and another document to sign and return by postal mail. I did sign the document and immediately returned the papers by postal mail. We will now wait for delivery and installation of our new garage door.

Bryan did an excellent job. I call because I needed a new Keypad. Bryan inspected the door and showed me that one of the cables would probably fail in the near future. The bottom seal retainer was also failing and I asked if he could do the replacement. He replaced the cables and brackets, the keypad and the bottom seal and lubricated the door. I was impressed with him and the service preformed.

springs and cable broke....unable to use garage door.....tried precision door from google listing.....pleased to hear repair would be next morning....technicians david watt and sharaad were very professional,neat, and orderly....immediately knowledgeable on a proper solution, had all parts and equipment in truck....overhaul on spring and cables and all moving parts plus new max lift 1 1/4 opener was total fix....pleased with service and immediate repair.....door opens better than ever.....will definitely call precision next time...

I had my doors two installed by this company. They are the only company that has serviced my doors. While the guys are great and nice and curtious always early or on time and I love the design of my doors I have have a few issues that are not solved and worry me. I have had them come out on numerous occasion but no one can remedy my issues. Its no fault of their own I guess just perplexing to me and frustrating. I really wanted to do 5 stars because they are a good company that stands by their product.

I have used Precision before and was happy with their service. This time they called to let me know they were on the way and showed up right on time that service was scheduled. The tech spotted the problem right away. He had the parts needed on his truck and repaired the broken hinge plus lubed the door and tested the door for proper operation. The Tech was very courteous and kept social distancing while we discussed the job.
