My call to the office as a first time customer was handled with professional courtesy and made me feel comfortable with company. An appointment was immediately set up for a technician to come out and tune up the garage door. He tuned the door up in about 30 min and just as importantly he recommended not going with a more expensive in-depth service as the door did not need it. That made me a customer for life.

technicians are friendly and helpful. they did a professional job and the product is definitely the best. my only concern was that no told me that during installation, the technicians would have to cut into my aluminum siding frame and they left a rough edge on the frame and left wood edge exposed to elements. a small additional cost to call to my handyman to cover the wood and fix the rough edges was necessary. overall good job

Dear Denton Hey Mr. Denton my wife and I are very happy with our new springs and hardware to help our garage door function much easier but had not planned on spending $600 for this but non the less happy cause it helps the wife and I out if we lose power and have to open the garage door the only thing that I question is you don't offer a discount for disabled veterans other than that Very Happy with the Tech that was here he was very professional and pleasant to talk to Thank You Very Much. Thank you for a quick response, they came out the very next day and showed up early even. Very knowledgable about the garage door opener and diagnosed the logic board as being bad. We had just bought this from a local big box hardware store, and upon trying to install it ourselves was not able to get the wifi to link to our phones as well as the safety beams not working and the main bar being too short for our 8-foot door. He was in and done within an hour. Next time I'll let the professionals handle this.

Great service! I was really happy that your staff worked on Saturday because we could not get our cars out of the garage. One spring was broken and the extra weight of the hurricane protection and insulation made it too heavy to raise manually. I was even more delighted that you were able to get Bryan over here later in the day and he did a great job of installing new springs and bearings. He was very polite,friendly and courteous. When I called and heard your description of the steps you are taking to avoid exposure to CID-19 I was comforted and impressed. Later in the evening when I remembered signing off with my finger on his Ipad I thought "I wonder if he disinfected the screen after the previous customer had signed the same screen". I also assume that he disinfected his hands after the earlier job since he handled my credit card. I have no reason to think he didn't take these precautions but thought I should mention this. My 30 year old steel garage door had a broken spring. I called first thing in the morning to setup an appointment. I was surprised to be able to get an appointment the same day. As the morning went on I received calls to inform me of delays that were occurring with the service technician. I welcomed these calls so I could run a few errands instead of sitting at home. When the service technician, Bryan Hewlston, arrived he went right to work evaluating the door and recommended and door refurbishment. Bryan did a great and efficient job, he is friendly and easy to talk with. He completely explained what he did and what I could expect.. My door now operates correctly and is quieter than it has been in years. I highly recommend your company

I contacted Precision to have the annual maintenance done on my garage door opener that I purchased from them My appointment was for 9 AM on a Saturday. The service technician arrived right at 9 AM and did the maintenance, going over everything and giving me good advice for future use of my garage door.
