We use Precision for all of our garage door needs. We have used them in the past for garage door maintenance. This time we decided to upgrade our motor along with replacing other necessary parts that were aging due to normal usage and beachside living. We find their garage door specialist to be very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and polite. They are the best! Thank you David and Mickey, for your professionalism!

I was fortunate to get ShaRaad Humes to install a new motor, belt etc. ShaRaad is very efficient as well as personable & is an asset to your business. Called them to fix a problem we were having. The call was answered promptly and a repair person was sent out within the hour, Jarred arrived earlier than scheduled (called first). We decided, after learning that we would be needing a new opener, to install new hurricane doors also. Our current doors are original to the house (1991). The new doors will be installed at a later date.

I had a friend replace the part needed for my garage door it cost me $70.00. Your company is evidently only out to rob people your lowest estimate to repair my problem was over $700.00. I will make sure all my family and friends know not to recommend your company for any repairs or replacement.

5Star for sure. Broken cable and springs on garage door. Called today at 1:00 pm. Door technician Rob arrived 3:15pm and repaired door. Installation took 2 hours. Rob was great. Took time to go over operation of door. Would definitely recommend this company. I’m sure all technicians are good but ask for Rob.

I could not be happier with the garage door service I received. The technician, Rob, arrived within an hour of my initial call and had all the parts required to complete the job. Rob explained every detail and all of my options for the different levels of repairs available. I went with a rebuild which included, springs, rollers, bearings and a complete lubrication, setup and adjustment of my opener. Rob was very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Thanks to Rob we now have a "quiet" door again. We kept our original door but he changed the motor and other hardware that was desperately needed. We also added a keypad which is a plus. Same day service is a top priority. Tropical door told me on 12/29 they couldn't come out until 1-2-19. NOT ACCEPTABLE Background checks on employees is critical in this day and age too. Jay did an awesome job.
