When we mentioned to co-workers we needed a new door, and we were looking at Precision doors, we were told only good things. When we called for an estimate, they came out the same day. When it was time to schedule the install, they had appointments available the very next day. They showed up on time (a little early in fact), prepared and ready to go. Technicians were very polite and professional and got right to work. We're very happy with the new door, it's quiet and sturdy. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service, from my initial call for support through the installation of the required equipment and additional information. I was told someone would be here within a specific time window, received an email confirming my appointment, and then a call from Ty, the technician to let me know he was on his way. Upon his arrival, he assessed the situation and gave me three different courses of action for repair, identifying the pros and cons of each. Once I made my decision, he worked quickly and replaced my spring, opener, rollers, drive system, sensors, lubricated the hinges, etc, changed out the remotes, and installed an outside wall opener. After the work was done, he took the time to go through the equipment and owner's manual and told me to contact him, if there were any issues. From my initial call on a Sunday morning to completion of the work was less than 3 hours and Ty did an excellent job of customer service which, unfortunately, is lacking in many businesses today. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing assistance with a garage door problem, especially if Ty is the technician.

I had an emergency! I had sold my house and was scheduled to go to closing the next day when my garage door broke. I called Precision and they were there at 8 AM, fixed the problem, and allowed me to close on my house by 10 AM. The service was great, the technician was friendly and polite, and the price was reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about their service. They deserve 10 stars!

first of all I want to thank you for your very quick response when I called to have our garage door repaired. It was the 3rd of July and I did not think we would get service on the 4th but we did. Neil Trepanier was our technician. He was exemplary. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it. He then explained improvements that could be done. We were in favor of having the work done. I just can't say enough about how satisfied with the work from Neil. We had our new door put in by Precision in 2008. We had to call a couple times with minor issues. You took care of them by phone to our satisfaction. I have recommended Precision to 2 of our neighbors because of your attentiveness and the quality work by your technicians. Thank you so much.

I have used Precision on several occasions. The latest was above and beyond. Our garage door was locked closed when a leak in the roof flooded out the opener's electronics. We called Precision at 8:30 pm and they responded that night at about 10:pm. They considered it an emergency for us to be trapped in at our advanced age. Precision repairman was courteous, efficient and reasonably priced.

Jake came out to replace our springs the same day that I called in with the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable about the springs, their replacements and all matters surrounding them. He identified another issue (frayed cable) and offered to replace it at the same time and saving us another service call. We were very pleased as Jake worked quickly and was also able to hold a conversation about what he was doing. We knew Precision was the place to go and this call reinforced that and we will continue as customers. Thanks again Jake!

First, I have to say the we (me & my wife) were very impress with the whole process. From initial contact (chat now option) to the technician (Cory). The whole process was wonderful and stress free. Unfortunately, I do not know with whom I was chatting with, but they were very knowledgeable, polite and fast to answer all our questions. He/She were very awesome and If you read this thank you for all your help. Second, you need to give this man (Cory) a raise.... He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and had a great personality. He was on time (early actually) and went above and beyond with all the repairs and additional ones that were needed. I found Neil to be very professional and caring about my needs. He was not a pushy salesman, he was an experienced technician. I had called about a broken spring and had some roller problems also, my garage door equipmewnt is 12 years old. I compared the prices quoted and decided my best option was the "overhaul package", why have to make a call for something else another time. Now I have a lifetime warranty on all the moving parts of my garage door. I highly recommend Precision and Neil in particlar, definetly 5 stars
