We noticed the spring on our double door was broken and the door wouldn't open. This occurred at night so I had to wait until the next morning to place a call for service. I called and the person said that a technician would be there by 12:00. He was! He was knowledgeable, personable, even setting up two of our folding chairs to watch his installation. I had an appointment but my son was there for the installation. The work was done professionally and because of his knowledge we did a complete service replacing some worn parts. Thanks to Neil for a splendid job well done. Really appreciated!

I had an 18 year old opener working intermittently. The technician explained the probable cause, offered a couple remedies, and I chose to replace the entire opener. I can't believe someone actually answered the phone on a Sunday. Technician was out first thing Monday morning and by 10:00 am garage door was working again. Rob was very knowledgeable and pleasant and did a terrific job. Will definitely use you again and recommend your company to friends and family.

I am not going to go into a lot of details but the door was really jacked up to the point that I just knew it was going to be a lot of work to repair and be costly, plus it was the weekend. I had used Precision before and had a very good experience with them. Well, this time was no different. Kevin came out and looked at the situation and said he had seen worse so this one would be easy. Not from where I was standing, but okay. Within an hour or so I was back in business. He replaced a couple of cables, realigned the door and adjusted the opening and closing limits. He did a bang up job. He even corrected a couple of my mistakes. You guys are great!! Thanks Kevin, and thanks Precision.

"You get what you pay for". So true. A couple years ago, I purchased online a cheapo garage door opener made by a formerly dependable manufacturer. Last night, at the worst possible time, it went kaput. No notice, no nothing. Of course it was after hours, so I was facing having to either take a day off work, or leave my home unsecured until I could get it fixed. I googled 'garage door Cocoa' and found Precision. They were able to come out THE SAME NIGHT (and not for some exorbitant 'emergency fee' either) to troubleshoot my opener and get me squared away. Kevin arrived ON TIME, was neatly dressed and extremely knowledgeable about openers. He quickly inspected not just the opener, but the door, as well, and found that my 'great buy' had a plastic gear in it which had shredded itself. Of course, that part is no longer available, as the now Chinese manufacturer had discontinued the model. Luckily, he was able to give me a quote on a top quality replacement that he could install that same night! Surprisingly, there wasn't a huge difference in cost (at least not what I expected) for the LiftMaster. Once I approved the estimate, Kevin got to work removing my old piece of junk and installing the new LiftMaster. He was finished installing and programming within just a couple hours. He gave me a full overview of how the keypad was programmed and set up the remotes. A very pleasant young man. I would gladly do business again with Precision. They saved the day.

Great job! Clayton showed up not late, but early :-) When I answered the door, he stuck out his hand to shake mine and introduced himself. That is unheard of anymore. He worked quickly. Never has a service call been answered so quickly. Within 1/2 hour of calling Rob was here, he discovered the problem, serviced the door opener, added an outside access panel all for $104!!!! AWESOME is all I can say for Rob and his company. Thank you for your knowledge and a job well done.

Pro's: Clayton was very polite. Called first and arrived early. Appeared to do a professional job in a timely manner. Available immediately (on Saturday) which was helpful. Lifetime warranty on the door, which is nice. Cons: Cost was more than we expected. It was not mentioned up-front when a quote was initially given that the garage door opener is a separate charge if he worked on it. It had to be "tweaked" which cost us an additional $43 on top of the original quote. So that was disappointing.
