Jake came out to replace our springs the same day that I called in with the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable about the springs, their replacements and all matters surrounding them. He identified another issue (frayed cable) and offered to replace it at the same time and saving us another service call. We were very pleased as Jake worked quickly and was also able to hold a conversation about what he was doing. We knew Precision was the place to go and this call reinforced that and we will continue as customers. Thanks again Jake!

Not only did he call me to let me know he was 10 minutes away , after I had just hung up with the dispatcher , but he was polite, courtesy and explained everything in detail ,,,, Which not being mechanically knowledgeable , made me very comfortable and he was very understanding, the job was done in a matter of no time and he explained the maintenance . CALLED PRECISION ON A SATURDAY MORNING TO REPAIR INOPERABLE GARAGE DOOR. TY THE TECHNICIAN WAS AT MY DOOR AT 11:45 A.M. THE SAME DAY TO PERFORM THE REPAIRS. TY WAS KNOWLEGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AND COMPLETED THE REPAIRS IN A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF TIME. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED PRECISION AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. GREAT SERVICE!!!

First, I have to say the we (me & my wife) were very impress with the whole process. From initial contact (chat now option) to the technician (Cory). The whole process was wonderful and stress free. Unfortunately, I do not know with whom I was chatting with, but they were very knowledgeable, polite and fast to answer all our questions. He/She were very awesome and If you read this thank you for all your help. Second, you need to give this man (Cory) a raise.... He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and had a great personality. He was on time (early actually) and went above and beyond with all the repairs and additional ones that were needed. I definitely recommend him, if you (future customer) have a choice. Overall, wonderful experience with the whole Precision team. I found Neil to be very professional and caring about my needs. He was not a pushy salesman, he was an experienced technician. I had called about a broken spring and had some roller problems also, my garage door equipmewnt is 12 years old. I compared the prices quoted and decided my best option was the "overhaul package", why have to make a call for something else another time. Now I have a lifetime warranty on all the moving parts of my garage door. I highly recommend Precision and Neil in particlar, definetly 5 stars

I had an excellent experience working with Precision Door. First Ty rebuilt my 25 year old door only replacing the parts that were necessary and not trying to sell me the "total rebuild package" which other companies I got estimates from did. This saved me more than $100. The door worked perfectly until today. Ty's brother Cory came out today and found that I had bumped one of the sensors out of line and he re-aligned it at no charge and the door is working again. I highly recommend Precision Door. Their service is very professional, they show up on time, they do the work the say they're going to do and their billing service is very easy to work with.
