CLAYTON AND GEORGE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SERVICE ORIENTED WHEN THEY SERVICED OUR GARAGE DOOR TODAY. IT WAS A GENERAL SERVICE CALL, AND WE REPLACED THE OLD ROLLERS AND INSTALLED AN EXTERIOR KEYPAD. ALL WENT WELL AND THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR. YEARS AGO WE HAD PRECISION INSTALL HURRICANE BRACES ACROSS OUR GARAGE DOOR, AGAIN VERY PROFESSIONAL !!!!

Kevin was on time, inspected the job and told me what was needed, and proceeded to address the problem. He was very personable, and appeared very knowledgable and skilled. He replaced the rollers and made several adjustments to moving parts. When he finished, the door opened and closed much more quietly! Also he gave me hints on where to lub if needed. The installer (Neal Trepanier) was very professional in installing the lifetime warrantied upgrade to my garage door springs, rollers, and etc. He explained what he was doing and pointed out short comings of the previously installed garage door mechanics, installed at the time the house was completed in 2005. I would definitely welcome him back if I have any trouble. He said that there would be more detailed receipt here as well as explanation of the warranty of the "Overhaul Special Package".

I was really very pleased with Neil the service tech. A true professional from the get go..took time to explain the whole job.. Explained how the torquemaster spring system that we had and failed, differed from the precision door spring system,even took apart the old system and showed me the break in the spring. Without a doubt the best 5 star rating that I could give..Again Thank You Neil..

After doing research on the Internet for garage door replacement, we found Pecision Door had great reviews. Clayton met with us on a Saturday, listened to our requests and wrote up our order. We were told the door would be installed within three weeks, and they were right on schedule. It took four hours to install our new door and the technicians/installers were so professional and pleasant. We would recommend Precision Door for any of your garage needs, whether it be minor repairs or a complete replacement door. If it were possible to give them a higher rating than a 5, this is one company that would definitely get a 10.

After my garage door broke, Neil from Precision temporarily repaired the door so I could still safely use it by replacing the broken spring with a loaner spring. On January 23, 2015, I had Precision install a new garage door with keypad entry. I used Precision because of the very high recommendation from my General Contractor Gary from Gary Thompson Homes. The results were exactly as my contractor said they would be. Precision did an excellent job with all aspects of the installation at a good price. After some time, I had difficulty programming the keypad and they sent out Kevin WITHIN AN HOUR of the call to make it work at no charge! Very professional and friendly team at Precision!
