Service Rep ,Clayton, arrived the same day, on time as scheduled. Good start ! He was very friendly and professional in all areas. Parts needed to be ordered. I was given an estimate on both time to get them and the cost of the repair. Both seemed fair. I have a double garage with two doors and Clayton suggested I move my boat trailer in position inside of the broken door area so we could use the working door area for the car. Seemed like a good idea to me and HE EVEN HELPED ME MOVE THE TRAILER from one side to the other. Being in the automotive business for 45 years I have a real appreciation for excellent service Precision has always provided it to me.

I do not know all that was done but Neil was a very good worker, and did a good job, at the end as we tried the garage door new light and opener the light would not go on a wire had broken inside the wall I guess so Neil had to string a wire across the garage ceiling and down the door frame to the new switch, this does not look so great and I hope the broken wire will not cause any problem I would hire Neil again.

I chose your company because of your BBB logo advertised in the phone book. Neil was sent to my home. He was on time, very informative, and he has a pleasant personality. I paid for what I call a "tune-up" on my garage door and garage door opener. The door just started getting stuck, and would not perform as it was suppose to. I chose not to replace either one at this time because Neil told me that both were in good condition and, good quality. I did replace the needed hardware on the door, replaced the circuit board on the garage door opener, and purchased a new remote. I am a happy customer because I saved almost half of what I had anticipated spending on this repair. I was told I do not need to be concerned about the door or the opener for a few more years because of the good condition and quality. I will tell my neighbors and friends about your company.

Your technician was great, very courteous and prompt. Took the time to explain what had to be done and how he would take care of us. When one of the springs broke for my garage door this afternoon and I made the call to Precision, the phone was answered promptly and professionally and I was told the Tech would be here within an hour, well the Tech was here within 30 minutes and he started the repair immediately! and had the garage door repaired, adjusted and inspected, The Technician was professional in every way!
