Tech was a real pro. He came in, assessed the problem, gave me the cost, and went to work. Although I hope that there is no need for further service I would be happy to see him if necessary. Precision was able to send technicians out the same day. Jake and Brent were very kind and explained everything to me. They gave me two options to fix my garage door opener. They did not have a part to complete the installation, but they went and got it and did not let the inconvenience bother them. They were quick and efficient installing the garage door opener and keypad.
