What wonderful service - from the first phone call after 6 p.m. to the technician finishing the job that same night. The operator was courteous and understanding of our situation, the technician called when he was on his way and was very knowledgeable about how to fix the broken garage door opener. He also identified and fix what was soon going to be another problem. Can't say enough good things about the service we received....Highly recommend this company.

the first time I called I needed new springs and rollers,Andrew showed up and took care do business even though it was getting late,he stayed until everything was working fine.today I called because my door was not closing,Neil came by and befor he came into the garage he spotted the problem my sensors were not aligned properly he showed me how to align them and oiled my springs and rollers to cut down on the squeaking,two class guys,i have nothing but good things to say about this company,i would recommend them in a heartbeat.thanks guys

Same day service was outstanding and promulgated on time by your expert Technician Clayton Hall. He was thorough in explaining all relative to purchase of a new Garage Door. My wife and I are elderly with multiple medical issues requiring many appointments with Labs, and a variety of Medical Doctors/Surgeons on tight schedules. Clayton assured me that your organization will do all to accommodate our schedule and provide us with the best Garage Door Package at the best possible price. Therefore , I respectfully request that Clayton be our Lead Technician for the installation of our Door. He also provided a temporary repair so that we can utilize our current door until the new door is installed. A great Atta-Boy for Clayton.

I saw an add in the money saver .I called because my belt needed to be installed due to grooves missing liftmaster replaced the belt under warranty and I felt that the reviews on your company were good and I tried your service.The technician was very professional and explained everything to me as well as go over all the service plans and upgraded parts that you provide .I think if more companies had good knowledgable techs that the consumer would not have to be so worried about service companies .I will recommend your company to friends and relatives .I unforunately was not able to get the belt installed as after the tech took down the old belt and went to install the new belt he realized that the belt was the wrong belt .I called liftmaster and they are going to send the right one out to me and then I have to call you back to install it .

Having had prior contact/work with Precision for my dad's home in 2010, and quite pleased as a customer, they were the only company I called Sunday morning after BOTH garage door springs broke the night before, trapping our vehicles inside. With an appointment window scheduled from 1-3pm, tech- nician Clayton called prior to his arrival at about 1:30, immediately confirm- ed the problem. We discussed and agreed to the repairs needed, and Clayton went to work, completing the entire task in less than 2 hours. I think it is important to convey the overall professionalism of Precision, from my first phone call, the on-line communication, and the service they provided. And, specifically, Clayton, their technician, who was prompt, courteous, knowledgable, well-prepared with necessary repair parts, efficient, and took pride in his work! I am quite satisfied with the work done, and its cost. I certainly recommend Precision for any garage door installation or repair!

My father recommended Precision to me, after he had his garage door repaired one week ago. My appointment was made and kept very professionally. A call was made alerting me before the repairman arrived. Jake, the repairman was very courteous and professional. He explained what needed to be done and explained the estimated cost. I followed his recommendation on parts to be replaced, leaving me certain of a long lasting repair. He demonstrated the repaired and working door before he left. The price seemed fair for the work and parts replaced, so I was a happy customer. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to any of my neighbors.

Garage door torsion spring broke Sat. morning . Called Precision door later, they sent repair man same day,and door was fixed by 4:00 PM that same day . Work was done exactly as said. Very clean and professional. Would absolutely use them again. Having the right spring for the weight of door is very important. My door now works better and quieter than before .

Neil is 'Mister Garage Door'. He knows his stuff, does excellent professional work, and does it with the greatest of expediency. He is a likeable fellow, expresses himself well, prompt, congenial and respectful. He rebuilt my garage door, and now it works like magic. We were very pleased with the service and work that Niel did. It was an emergency appointment. He arrived after 10:00 pm and never complained. He even offered to overhaul our springs, rollers and the like. He did it right then, was there after midnight and said it was all in a days work. This is the third time that we have had precision work on our door. Best place ever...............five stars for sure

Precision Garage Door was Johhny On The Spot! I was contacted within minutes of my request. An appointment was made the same afternoon to get my garage doors problem tended to. I received an email from them first indicating to me the name and photo of the technician who will be responding to my home. As a retired police officer, I found this method extremely important to it could help ease a home owners possible concerns that they may have when it comes to their safety; namely the lady of the house. Neil was on time and first explained what he can do to take care of the needs of my garage door that needed care after 14 years of none. He was super courteous, knowledgeable and took care of maters within a short time. Will I call Precision again for garage door problems? Most definitely!

The repairman was on time and very courteous. He explained how the door works and what he needed to do. My door was very noisy and some parts needed to be replaced. I was disappointed that I was not able to use coupons from Precision's advertisements, but Jake gave me a $25.00 coupon to use since I had Precision install new rollers last year. Since I now have a lifetime warranty on the parts, I hope I will not have to call again for repairs to be done.

Precision has always given us excellent service and we especially are grateful for the same-day response. Our tech, Neil, was professional, personable, courteous, thorough, explained what needed to be done and did every chore with total expertise. He worked late in to the night and made certain everything was in perfect working order after which he cleaned the area and ensured that we were satisfied customers. Neil is an asset to Precision! As usual, we are happy with the results and suggest Precision to our neighbors.
