The service performed was outstanding and done at very reasonable cost. My service tech was Rob Stephenson. He was polite, courteous, professional, neat and finished up replacing the rollers and lubricating the doors in about 1 hour. He is now at my next door neighbor's house based upon my recommendation. Learned about your from a friend at work (Harris Corp). Looked up your add in the Yellow Pages. VERY impressed with the efficiency of your "paperless" operations: from the initial phone call making the appointment, the email confirmation of the appointment to being called by service technician 20 minutes prior to his arrival and completing the invoicing on his 4G/LTE linked tablet. Speaking of the service technician: I have a Ph.D. in Engineering and I enjoyed watching someone who REALLY KNEW HIS JOB. Rob Stephenson did an excellent job and answered all the technical questions I had on garage doors and their openers. I have two additional garage doors and openers of the same vintage (2001) as the one that failed. When their time comes to be services, Precision will be getting my call.

One week after having a new garage door opener installed and the other moving parts refurbished, my door failed. After a phone call, they came out the very next day, explained what failed (was a part they did not replace earlier) and fixed things quickly. The red head did a good job. He was professional and very pleasant. He worked quickly and solved the problem on the right side of the door which is now flush at the bottom of the door. However, the left side is up just a hair so light shows through. I can push it down with my foot. I was told that I could use a new seal on the bottom. Upon inspection, I was told that he could not replace it because of the thin construction of the metal at the bottom. Now that I think about it I can see that it is fairly worn and if possible should be replaced. I don't recall that he lubricated the bearings, although I did not ask him to. I've always been happy with your service and was not unhappy this time, I just had second thoughts about the seal. I can give 4 and 3/4 rating, but it was my fault and I was not interested in replacing the whole bottom plate, are there any alternatives?

Mr. Neil Trepanier was called to our home today for service to our garage door. I found him to be extremely courteous and professional in his demeanor ,his knowledge of the operation, and his ability to transfer that knowledge to us in a way that was not overwhelming.he proved himself to be an asset to the company throughout the whole process. Thank you for your time and consideration.I don't see it listed below but we signed up for the complete overhaul of the garage door system and installation of a touchpad. And as an extra he programmed The garage door to my car.
