They certainly live up to their word. My garage door torsion spring just snapped late Saturday afternoon. I called the number from their website and was told to expect a service call at 8:00 the next morning, Sunday. Clayton was there right on time, gave me an analysis and a couple of options and in little over an hour the repairs were complete and all new hardware on the door. Could not have asked for better service

I did purchase more items than I am allowed to say in the questionnaire below (ref my invoice). Overall, I was very satisfied with the technician's explanation of what needed to be done. It was logical and sound which is why I followed his recommendations. I still need some work to be done but expect it to of as high a quality as the previous work done. I rate you 5 Stars.

Precision was able to give me an idea of what may be the cause of the problem when I called to schedule a service call. This was confirmed when the technician checked the garage door. The repair took about a half hour and the price was more than reasonable. I would definitely use Precision again.

Great Service! Tech called to let me know he was 20 mins away. Got here, introduced himself. Asked all the right questions, answered all of mine And then installed the system I had always wanted. It was perfection! Thank You! When it's time for the new door, we will be calling Precision for sure!

Precision installed our door when we had the house built. We have used your company for every repair that was done to the door. I have always been happy with the technician that came to the house but this time Neil was the gentleman sent. He was so thorough and took the time to find out what the problem was even though the door was working properly when he came. I asked him why he had never come before and had he just started with the company and his reply was that he was with the company for 5 years and that he very much enjoyed his job but was usually deployed further South. As far down as Vero Beach but he had been in Palm Bay so the company sent him up to us. Thank you very much. I will make it a point to ask for Neil whenever I need any further service with the Garage door. He was on time, polite and cared about what service he performed for us. We have complained to a couple of other techs that when the door wouldn't work. It just hummed but they never found anything. As soon as Neil heard the hum he said its the Capacitor. Climbed the ladder and replaced the Capacitor and the door is working fine. THANK YOU NEIL and the Company should be glad to have someone so professional working for them. I was a repeat Precision customer, since they installed my garage door 11 years ago. When my 16-year old opener failed, I called them. They were able to send technicians within a few hours, and the techs called when they were on their way. After showing me what was wrong, they gave me the option of repair or replacement, explaining the price for both. I chose to have them install a new opener, which they did quickly and efficiently. They were professional, polite and considerate, and answered all my questions. Very happy with Rob and George, and Precision.

The technician (Clayton) was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. He came on time, replaced the springs and installed new rollers and lubricated the door. It was very well done and this company receives 5*s from me and I would highly recommend them as they came out the same day and I was left with a quiet garage door with beautiful new springs!!

SUPER fast and very friendly service. I did not shop around for quotes - and have never had this type of repair done before - so have no idea if what I paid was a good price. It was a painful blow to the budget, but worth every penny considering I had a serious problem solved within hours of my initial phone call. I have dealt with another local garage door repair service in the area and I did not like there craftsmanship nor there skills. Neil knows the name of the company. B.J. Ask Neil the name of the company He has permission from me to tell you the Horror Story of what. they did for me. After talking to Neil for 1 Minute i knew that he knows his job inside and out. Courteous, friendly, and explained all of my options. I chose the complete mechanical rebuild. He explained everything to me and how the door operates. I like the Idea of a life time Warranty. Out standing service! I called to have a broken spring replaced and they were able to come out the same morning. The technician was Cory, I had him replace both springs and also both cables since he noticed that one had a chunk missing. He completed the repairs in under 45 minutes. I will definitely call Cory for any future repair needs and would highly recomend him.

Jake Huntress arrived at our house on a Saturday afternoon to fix our garage door as it would not open. He was very prompt and extremely polite and very knowledgeable. We had a broken spring and he went on to explain to us other issues we were having with the door. We decided to go and have the worn out items replaced to diminish any future problems. He was not pushy or demanding and let me make up my own mind as to what i wanted to do and I appreciated that very much. I called the office and was able to receive same day service with an appointment that was set for two hours after my call. Your technician Neal called to let me know he was on his way prior to the scheduled appointment. This was much appreciated. He verified the problems (more than just a broken spring) and provided an immediate quote before starting the repairs. I went with the "Overhaul Special Package". His work was excellent - very professional even correcting earlier work that wasn't up to snuff. All debris were cleaned up removed and proper operation verified. The whole system sounds quieter and with the lifetime warranty I am confident that my wife has one less item to be concerned with. Again you have an outstanding employee in Neal Trepanier. He represents your company well! Earns you 5 Stars.
