Mr. Neil Trepanier was called to our home today for service to our garage door. I found him to be extremely courteous and professional in his demeanor ,his knowledge of the operation, and his ability to transfer that knowledge to us in a way that was not overwhelming.he proved himself to be an asset to the company throughout the whole process. Thank you for your time and consideration.I don't see it listed below but we signed up for the complete overhaul of the garage door system and installation of a touchpad. And as an extra he programmed The garage door to my car.

I have used Precision for several years now to remedy problems at various rental properties. They are prompt, economical, efficient and friendly. Recently, my Home Warranty Company was going to send a different company to work on a garage door and when I specifically asked for them to approve Precision and they refused, I cancelled the work request and paid the full amount myself, without using the home warranty plan. That's how sold I am on Precision!

Then he had me test it out to see if the door operated to my satisfaction. I now have the satisfaction the overhead garage door is in great shape.

Not happy about having to pay another $400 but the service techs did a excellent job and tried to find a way to fix the original door opener. The door installation crew of three worked very rapidly and resolved problems as they progressed. I feel the problem with the door opener should have been detected during the final tests of the door by Barry. They seemed to be in a hurry to move on to the next job. Regards, Chuck Tanner

I contacted Home Advisor online looking for garage repair and found two companies who were recommended. I was reviewing Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and before I had completed my review, I received a call from Precision letting me know that they had a truck in the area and had an appointment for that morning at 11:00 AM. I told her that I wanted to replace my garage door opener and she told me that their trucks were stocked with chain-driven and belt-driven models and that Kevin would explain each type opener and would install it for me immediately. So I made the appointment. Soon I got a call from Kevin asking if he could come right away. I said that would be great. He arrived twenty minutes later. I chose the 1/2 horse belt-driven model and Kevin went right to work. He told me that this model used the latest technology in remotes and some cars would not sync with the garage door opener and I might have to use the supplied remote. I said no problem. Kevin finished the installation in about 90 minutes, cleaned up and my 2015 Hyundai Genesis to sync up with the opener. Kevin was great. Very knowledgeable and professional. Easy to talk to and eager to answer any questions. I was completely satisfied with Precision, Kevin and my new garage door opener. I highly recommend them. They are five star in every respect!

Five Stars all the way. He was on time, finished the work quickly and had a very pleasant personality. He checked the safety eye and the rollers said what he was going to do and went to work. Additionally he pointed out that the rollers were a cheap quality and although they did not need to be replaced we should be thinking about replacing them due to the poor quality of the current rollers. He quoted the price and was able to discount the original cost so we went ahead and had them done at the same time. I'm very happy with the work he did. I believe his name was Neil (red hair). Nice man. He represents your company very well. You are lucky to have such a fine person working in your establishment. We had the damaged safety eyes replaced as well as the rollers and he also did the yearly preventive maintenance while he was here.

The red head did a good job. He was professional and very pleasant. He worked quickly and solved the problem on the right side of the door which is now flush at the bottom of the door. However, the left side is up just a hair so light shows through. I can push it down with my foot. I was told that I could use a new seal on the bottom. Upon inspection, I was told that he could not replace it because of the thin construction of the metal at the bottom. Now that I think about it I can see that it is fairly worn and if possible should be replaced. I don't recall that he lubricated the bearings, although I did not ask him to. I've always been happy with your service and was not unhappy this time, I just had second thoughts about the seal. I can give 4 and 3/4 rating, but it was my fault and I was not interested in replacing the whole bottom plate, are there any alternatives?
