Precision Door provided a first rate experience and quality installation. Their scheduling was on time from the estimator, to the installation team, and the service technician. The installation team, lead by Barry, was prompt, efficient, courteous, and cleaned up after the installation. A request, the day after installation, for more remotes was satisfied within 15 minutes after calling the office by a service technician. Great job guys!

I called Precision to service my horribly noisy Garage doors. I was totally impressed by the friendly yet professional service on the phone. Today,Rob and George called to ask if they could come 20 minutes earlier. I agreed. Upon their arrival they introduced themselves in a friendly, professional manner, explained the procedure and went straight to work on the Garage Door. After finishing the job they showed me exactly what they did and demonstrated on how nice and quiet the Garage Doors were. I couldn't wait to try them out myself, jumped with new found joy into my car and subsequently drove into my Garage just to hear the Garage Door close quietly again. We had a power failure several days ago and when I tried to manually lift the garage door, I had a terrible time. It was very heavy and when I finally got it all the way open, it would not stay open.
