My garage door would not open and found that the spring was broken. I called Precision and they sent someone right out to fix it - this was on a Saturday at 6:00 pm as well. The gentlemen who did the work was pleasant and did a great job in a timely manner. In addition, Precision was the company who installed both our new garage doors after the last hurricane and we were very pleased. I would highly recommend this company.

Brent did a great job with superb quality! He was on time (in fact he was able to come early), thorough, completed ahead of his estimate, and delivered a quality result. He provided several options, recommended preventative maintenance to avoid costly repairs in the future, and provided several price points to choose from. Brent said he likes to treat the job as if he was "working on his own house." That approach definitely showed. I will definitely keep Precision Door and Brent in mind for future work. One suggestion is to have the operators tell customers how much a service call costs when they are scheduling service. I did not have an issue with the price whatsoever. The price was fair and reasonable. I just didn't know if it would be $25 or $100 for a service call. Thanks!

My garage door opener stopped working one day after a lightning storm because it fried the main circuit board. Ordered an opener and thought I should have a professional look at the doors condition before installing a new opener on an old door. So I looked in the "Savings in St. Lucie" magazine and called for an appointment they sent a technician the next day. Neal the technician informed me of all that was wrong with my door. Also went over all my options to bring it back to a like new condition that would give it up to ten years of worry free operation. His professional way of explaining helped me make an informed decision on spending the additional money now on overhauling the doors working components would save on multiple service calls in the future and possibly damaging the new opener I just bought. The opener he installed was a Liftmaster 8500 which is not your normal chain drive overhead opener. It mounts on the side of the doors spring shaft and connects onto it. Neal took his time to installed all new supporting equipment that this opener is kitted with so that all safety measures are in place. My scrutinizing nature isn't easily impressed because I've been a helicopter mechanic for over 15 years, however His attention to detail and skill really impressed me!

We had some bumps a long the way but all is well. I love my new garage doors! The Jack motors are working wonderfully with no problems. The manager Shaunna was great to work with and was always there to answer any questions that came up. The service was lightening quick. Berry and the crew did a great job and I felt secure with their knowledge.

One of my torsion springs broke on a Friday night. I considered another company my neighbor used. After looking over the Precision website and seeing lifetime warranty springs, I was sold.
