Mr.Neil came as promise, as soon as he came out the truck I noticed his energy which was welcome. The first thing he did was introduce himself and put me at ease and insured that these things happens all the time my problem was not a problem and that gave me the tranquility I needed to continue, then explained and illustrated the part which he would replace and what it would cost; he gave me a few minutes to decide and after that he went to work with a smile on his face and taking and explaining the whole time he encourage me to stay at the site and share what he was doing step by step. He was done in no time and told him that next time when I replace the unit I hope I get him back. Very smooth operations; recommend better than the home improvements stores around the corner. I did a lot of research and I am happy to say that #1 I got the LiftMaster 8550W --It is awesome and well worth the money -- it's fun with all the features and accessories (I love my toys and technology) #2 Rob the installer was fantastic --he explained what he was going to do and the cost --everything was up front, his workmanship was perfect and Rob installed the opener in less than 2 hours!! I was so impressed with Josh that I called after he completed the repair and spoke to his manager that he was very professional, friendly and took the time to explain all the repairs needed and never pressured to have any of them done. I owned my own business for over 30 years and know when you have a "GEM" of an employee like Josh he is a real asset to your company. The door now works BETTER then the day it was installed in 2006. I had 2 other companies come to repair the door and neither one ever fixed the issues. I will use Precision/Josh for any future repairs or replacements if and when needed. It is rare in today's service industry to find a person who is knowledgeable, professional and completes the job as he described. Josh is truly, in my opinion, one of a kind. We called on Sunday night for our garage door. It wouldn t go up or down. They scheduled an appointment for us Monday 2-4. Around 2 o'clock Neal called and stayed he was running behind and said he would be here 3 to 4. He arrived at 3. I was very happy that he called and let us know when he was coming. I didn't expect a call because they said 2 to 4, so that was a huge plus. He introduced himself and very personable. My son moved some stuff out of the way for him and he evaluated what needed to get done. He recommended some stuff and we took his recommendations. He really knew what he was talking about. He called my husband on speaker and explained to him what needed to get done and cost. The price was acceptable with the parts and amount of time it took him to. Fix it. When he was done we put the garage door up and down. It was soooo quiet and even my son was like "its not going to wake me up at night anymore" there were a few adjustments he needed to make but wouldn't leave until I was satisfied. Neal was a great guy and i recommend him and Precision to help you with your garage door needs. Definately going to call them in the future! Thank you, Neal!
