I called at 7 a.m. and the excellent customer service started right then. They were accommodating of my schedule, offering a choice of appointment times. Jake was here as scheduled, he was professional and he had no problem answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend. As far as those reviewers complaining about cost...you get what you pay for....and I did not find their service to be expensive.

yes sir, We called precision door and we were greeted with a bright cheerful gal that was very helpful and seemed to take a genuine intrest in our garage door issues.We were givin a courtesy call as they said they would and arrived promptly after.They're service man "Jake" was quick to diagnose our problems and explained all our options very clearly with the repairs.Also I would add that Jake appeared very professional with a no-nonsense approach to getting the job completed.Our overhead door now opens quiet and smooth with our newly installed opener.I would seriously recommend Precision Garage Door Service to any of my friends and family thank-you

I never expected to spend over $600 to fix the broken springs but Neil explained thoroughly the advantages of taking care of the other parts that were not working properly. The LifeTime warranty on the parts that he replaced was definitely the factor that prompted me to spend all this money. Neil was very courteous and knowledgeable, he did a great job. I hope that I won't have to call you back anytime soon to repair anything but if I do, I expect your support. Thank you.

I called a few months back and told the technician that there was an electrical issue with our garage door. It was an intermittent issue with it not working all the time. He proceeded to "sell" us new rollers, spring, permanent sensor boxes, etc. We spent over $700 on these items. And a few days later the same problem starting occurring. I called Precision again to let them know that the garage door wasn't closing and they came out and diagnosed the problem (which was a staple in the wiring). I believe this should have been diagnosed the first go round, as I explained it was an electrical issue, not a roller/spring etc. issue. But what really upset me was the technician charged me $19.95 for the call!

It happened on a Sat. afternoon- broken spring!!! I joined Angie's List & that is how I ended up calling Precision Garage Door Service. I liked what I read. When I called Precision I was told a rep would be out between 5:00- 7:00pm THAT day. WHAT?? We received a courtesy call from Ty the technician saying he was on his way. Ty arrived at least 1/2 hour beore his scheduled window appointment time. He took the time to explain the 2 different options for what I needed and what I wanted. I chose the option- Cables, springs, rollers, belt drive door opener (so quiet) along with the safety inspection & service overhaul. This is what I wanted- NO PRESSURE!! Ty then went to work and it was HOT in that garage! While Ty was working I was asking him questions ( I'm the type of person who likes to know the why's & how's of a project going on. It helps me learn about different things. Ty was so patient and didn't get annoyed. I hope I wasn't too much of a pain. Ty is an excellent worker who knows the product. He certainly is an ASSET to the company. Ty even helped my elderly neighbor who called him over and reprogrammed her remotes when they didn't work (probably due to the storm that came thru). The e-mails received which included details of the inspection & warranties are helpful. Due to my panic I didn't use the Angie's List discount coupon or ask for a Senior discount. I would rate this company as 5 STARS! I would not hesitate to recommed them to anyone!

My garage door opener stopped working one day after a lightning storm because it fried the main circuit board. Ordered an opener and thought I should have a professional look at the doors condition before installing a new opener on an old door. So I looked in the "Savings in St. Lucie" magazine and called for an appointment they sent a technician the next day. Neal the technician informed me of all that was wrong with my door. Also went over all my options to bring it back to a like new condition that would give it up to ten years of worry free operation. His professional way of explaining helped me make an informed decision on spending the additional money now on overhauling the doors working components would save on multiple service calls in the future and possibly damaging the new opener I just bought. The opener he installed was a Liftmaster 8500 which is not your normal chain drive overhead opener. It mounts on the side of the doors spring shaft and connects onto it. Neal took his time to installed all new supporting equipment that this opener is kitted with so that all safety measures are in place. My scrutinizing nature isn't easily impressed because I've been a helicopter mechanic for over 15 years, however His attention to detail and skill really impressed me!

Although a bit pricey, your repairman saved the day. It was after dark during a terrible rain storm and he did a great job. The door works great. 5 stars to the repairman.
