John was the technician that came to our house. He was extremely helpful and knew the product as we were in need of a new garage door. He explained everything as he was taking measurements and he was able to adjust our old door so it is working smoothly until we get the new one. We decided not to get another quote as we were happy with the service and knowledge we received. Thank you to John.

I was referred to you by my friend, Alan Keller, who sells ads for the Savings in St. Lucie magazine. Casey provided excellent service, information about what he was doing, and tips for me to follow to maintain everything in good working order. I appreciated the availability of being able to schedule a prompt appointment and on a Saturday as well.

Driver arrived on time, carefully examined door. Determined part that I found on floor was not from garage door. Oiled tracks & springs. He was very polite.

Hands down the best service I have ever received! Spring broke, rollers were shot, cables almost broken, and I got two new garage door openers. Called as soon as they opened and got a same day appointment and the tech Corey was awesome and early. He walked me through what he saw and gave me three recommendations. He answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend! Call this company first, don't waste your time elsewhere.

Keith arrived on time and was very professional. He assessed my garage door issue, and fixed it for the quoted price. There were no surprise added fees. I would highly recommend Precision!

I was skeptical when my wife told me about this company but I m so glad I did not disagree, they are professional and they even made it on time to the appointment which is rare. The job was simple and their price was fair, I have the same problem in the last and they always overcharge me for it, not this time. I recommend this company to anyone and make sure you ask for Keith, great guy and very professional

The technician who assisted us (Keith) was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Your firm was very well represented, were I not retired I might have been tempted to ask him his salary, offer to give him a handsome raise and try to hire him. As we all know a business's success is based on its staff. Congratulations for Brooke on the phone she has the same attitude. We all tend to have our impression initially set by the person who initially greets us, she is great!

Door was getting to the 8 year plus mark and would wake the dead when opened or closed. Knew I needed repairs and soon. No power during hurricane and could not open door without help...springs were sprung! Read some reviews and after putting off calling spotted a Precision truck in the area. Called in and got a tech (Neil) to come over ASAP. He checked the door, gave me a written quote with full explanation. Normally I get several quotes but I already knew this was right in line. As I and my wife work I was ready for a bad answer when I asked when it could be done.....the answer shocked me!!!!!!! Right now was the reply. He rocked the repair, showed me all the bad parts, showed me the new stuff, demonstrated all repairs and PRESTO I have a new system....well not all new but the parts that were in need of replacement,,, not only that I purchased a full warranty for the system of parts he had replaced. Price was right, service was over the top and the door is so quiet I have to go and watch it to make sure it is moving. Thanks Team Precision.

Saw their add in local Port Saint Lucie magazine. Service was professional and informative. I had been told by another company that I could not get a hurricane proof door because the ribs on it would prevent me from fitting my cars in because of an already tight fit. Precision guaranteed I could still get the cars in and DELIVERED! Saves me from putting up steel panels. GREAT JOB! LIFETIME WARRANTY. TRANSFERABLE.
