Saw their add in local Port Saint Lucie magazine. Service was professional and informative. I had been told by another company that I could not get a hurricane proof door because the ribs on it would prevent me from fitting my cars in because of an already tight fit. Precision guaranteed I could still get the cars in and DELIVERED! Saves me from putting up steel panels. GREAT JOB! LIFETIME WARRANTY. TRANSFERABLE.

I encounted a problem with the operation of our garage door. It appeared that our belt was worn and would need replacement. My husband marked several adds in the Moneysaver magazine. I perused the adds and liked the add for Precision Garage Doors. I called on Monday and they had a technician coming on Tuesday. He actually called and came earlier which worked out for us great. I had an appt but my husband met Neil and they discussed the problems with the door. A repair and price were agreed and Neil immediately began replacing the worn parts on the opener. He was quite knowledgeable and efficient. I came home and he pointed out the problems, some of which I had noticed. The repair included replacing the track, belt, rollers, springs, and anything else that was needed. When Neil was done and tested the door, we were surprised how quiet and efficient the door now opened. Neil was courteous and friendly throughout the repair. We felt good that the work was being done so well and know that we can look forward to a fully operational garage door for a good time to come. Thanks for the excellent service that was afforded to us. We will certainly recommend this company to our friends and neighbors.

We needed to have the springs replaced on our garage door. Brent was our technician and he is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. He showed up on time and finished the job quickly. He also recommended that we replace other parts on the door that were old and gave us the pricing options. We went ahead and took one of his recommendations and changed the rollers as well. The difference in the noise level when the door opens/closes is amazing! I am very happy overall.

Mr.Neil came as promise, as soon as he came out the truck I noticed his energy which was welcome. The first thing he did was introduce himself and put me at ease and insured that these things happens all the time my problem was not a problem and that gave me the tranquility I needed to continue, then explained and illustrated the part which he would replace and what it would cost; he gave me a few minutes to decide and after that he went to work with a smile on his face and taking and explaining the whole time he encourage me to stay at the site and share what he was doing step by step. He was done in no time and told him that next time when I replace the unit I hope I get him back. Very smooth operations; recommend better than the home improvements stores around the corner. Excellent Job hands done!!!!

I did a lot of research and I am happy to say that #1 I got the LiftMaster 8550W --It is awesome and well worth the money -- it's fun with all the features and accessories (I love my toys and technology) #2 Rob the installer was fantastic --he explained what he was going to do and the cost --everything was up front, his workmanship was perfect and Rob installed the opener in less than 2 hours!!
