Corey was great. He explained our options and after we decided what we wanted he went right to work and in about an hour we had a new garage opener. He also was kind enough to sync my car to the new opener. He was very professional. You have a great employee. Fr. Mark

Generally satisfied with the service. Two minor comments, the technician would not honor the $25 coupon we downloaded from the Precision site and there is a sliver of light that comes through the left side of the bottom of the garage when the door is closed.

Rob was very thorough and knowledgeable. Besides replacing broken springs and bearings, I had the drums, rollers and cables replaced. He also did some "maintenance" such as lubricating and tightening of hardware. My door is a lot quieter now. I was very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Precision to anyone!

I could not be happier with the garage door service I received. The technician, Rob, arrived within an hour of my initial call and had all the parts required to complete the job. Rob explained every detail and all of my options for the different levels of repairs available. I went with a rebuild which included, springs, rollers, bearings and a complete lubrication, setup and adjustment of my opener. I would definitely recommend Precicion and especially Rob to anyone needing their garage door serviced.

I want to thank your technician David Brooks for his communication skills, professionalism and craftsmanship. Though David was communicating to me over the phone with my wife standing by, he explained the current situation and provided options which could easily be understood. Upon my return home I was impressed with the work that David preformed and wanted to share our positive experience. You have my future business. Thanks again

Rob was excellent on this service call. I had assumed the i had damaged the motor. Not so' the springs needed to be readjusted. Rob went thru the entire unit and door. Verifying everything was up to spec, which it was. He took his time and answered the questions i had in plain terms, which was easy to understand. Kudos to his knowledge and understanding of this product. If their is a rating above 5 he deserves it..

Had a problem with my garage door, it was a Sunday afternoon, I called Precision and they answered immediately. It was such a pleasure speaking with Brian, he was very welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and professional . After explaining the issues I was having he gave me an appointment for the next morning. I immediately received a confirmation email giving me the name and credentials of the technician I should expect at my home. Rob S. was on time the next morning, also the ultimate professional and very knowledgeable of his work. He even pointed some other issues with my door which I will have Precision take care of shortly. I would not hesitate to recommend the services of this company.

Precision gave us a good price on a brand new Hurricane Master (DAB)garage door. It included a new door opener, all the rails and trim. The installation was perfect - Thanks Garret and Dustin! Very pleased with the door, the installation, and customer service/coordination...…. Everything happened when it was supposed to at the price we were told to expect. Precision Door has been our go to company for any problems with our garage door. They have always been very professional and easy to deal with. Leigh was ahead of schedule so he called to let us know he was coming earlier than the time I was given, which is not a problem. He was polite, professional. He explained the problem, how much it would cost and got right to work. He was quick! Great job. Thank you and I’m sure we will be calling in the future.

Precision was contacted for door repair. Door would not go up or down completely. I was told it would be 2 days for tech to come out. Tech “Chris” arrived on time. He did survey of door and moving components. He provided me with options for repairs. Unbeknownst to him nor I, the garage motor (15 years old) had went bad. Also spring was broken. I was provided a quote for new opener and getting my garage door working again. Included in quote was also Veterans Discount. Although only 3% it was a small savings. ???????? “Chris” installed the new opener and all other components without having to leave for parts run. He also programmed opener to sync with my vehicle. Only thing I noticed was the inside door opener and the keypad opener on outside of garage were out of square approximately 1/8” + which to the eye is noticeable. (Not level) I’d wish I’d paid closer attention to this but can be fixed. “Chris” was polite, professional and worked deligently. Total cost was over $1000 parts and labor. The LiftMaster opener is WiFi which I absolutely love. The warranty on opener is 5 years. As of this writing I would recommend considering Precision but as a smart customer get estimates. I did not as I used Precision solely based on they had worked on old opener when home was owned by different owner.

Great service . Arrived right on time. Job done quickly and efficiently. Leigh M. was extremely courteous and explained everything in detail before doing the service and showed how everything was corrected. Five stars (Perfect 10 score) for Leigh M. and for Precision.
