I had an emergency issue with my garage door opener--the bolts came loose from the ceiling and it was hanging by a single bolt!. I called Precision in a panic & the scheduling agent was so calming & efficient. I was amazed to find a technician at my door in less than an hour!! Rich was a total professional, and not only fixed the problem but performed a safety inspection. I recommend Precision Garage Doors most highly. My 20 year old garage door mechanism seemed to come apart at the seams one morning as I pushed the button to activate it. Gears, chains, and springs seemed to come apart at once and parts even went flying across the garage. It took all my strength to finally get my garage door to release and open so I could go to work. Precision scheduled me right away for an 'after work' time frame. The repair tech was clean, non-smoking, friendly, and knowledgeable. He presented me with options and 3 levels of repair/replacement from which to choose and did the work in about 2 hours. I highly recommend this company!

I have had this company do work a few years ago for me. Never a hard sell. Always professional. I needed new rollers and my beam light was old and useless. This time after 20 years of the same garage door I decided it was time for a new one. Well what a great decision. The new one you can't hear. It is so silent that you have to look again to be sure it closed. The service man was very professional and gave me 3 discounts without ne asking for any. In 3 hours I had a new Garage door opener. Once again a very good company and service people who actually do good work
