We have done business prior to this and was very satisfied them then and are very satisfied today also. The Technician today was very good also. Very friendly, knowledgeable, neat and efficient getting the job done and ready to use. The office girl was very nice also setting up the appointment and even contacted us if they could come a day earlier of which we were very grateful. Garage door spring and opener broke over a weekend and had a technician out on Sunday evening. Did and excellent job repairing and replacing many parts. I am extremely impressed with the level of service and expertise of the technician! Precision remains my 'go-to' for any and all garage door system help!
